>the best bodybuilder who didnt suffer a horrible fate of death or medical issues from steroid overusage
he should be IST's model

Anyone else remember when he said he doesn't think someone needs steroids to win the Mr. Olympia but he felt he needed to take them because it would eat him up inside knowing he didn't do everything that might work to achieve his goal?
So he is a hypocrit like most of fit, even better
how is that hypocrisy
ESL
he seems like a good guy but a lot of his advice isn't going to apply if you're natty
dude squatted twice a month for those legs. trained with so much intensity that's all he could do. do you think his strategy will work for a natty?
>do you think his strategy will work for a natty?
only squatting twice a month sounds rather pratcical for a natty. lifting past failure doesn't lead to injury. resorting to form that leaves you vulnerable to injury is what does that, which he doesn't do or say to do.
he does say to do "bad" form to help push to absolute failure, but bad form isnt necessarily dangerous. cheat curls are bad form but nobody's ever hurt themselves doing that.
>only squatting twice a month sounds rather pratcical for a natty.
Are you moronic in the sense that you actually believe this or are you moronic in the sense that you typed practical when you meant to type impractical?
There's a video with millions of views where he orders David Hoffman to cheat however he can at leg extensions after he's beyond total failure.
He grew up at an Olympic weightlifting gym squatting multiple times per week. He started squatting twice per month when he was already a pro with freak legs and a lagging upper body. He was also coked out his mind squatting 500x20 or 600x10 in the bi-monthly sessions. So yeah if you are on gear and squat 700+ but have a lagging upper body, maybe give twice a month leg days a try bro.
>I dont need roids
>takes them anyway
He is based
IDK man, I don't think its hypocritical. It's like saying you don't need your parents money to buy an apartment, but you still took your parents money to buy an apartment.
horrible analogy. do better
No that's a perfect analogy. Purely hypocrotical
Sounds to me like he's saying you don't need roids to win Mr. Olympia but he personally needs roids to reach his goals.
Cbum once said that he only used TRT levels. I can't blame them it's an illegal drug after all and their job is to sell supplements and compete in a beauty pageant
Cbum was insanely muscular pre steroids so I get if he's using low level doses tbh. He still had to use them to be on stage even if he's only using a little bit compared to the walking pharmacies the other guys are
>works out legs 1/2 times a month
>has the best legs in bodybuilding
>dyels on 4leddit decide that the lesson here is to train legs 4+ times a week
Maintenance volume is far less than growth volume. Do we know which one he was focusing on when he dropped his squat volume? Doubting he developed those legs squatting 2 times a month, or 24 times in an entire year.

Triumph of the Will
Most of us don't care about bodybuilding in the slightest.
This man had the weirdest fricking workouts I've ever seen.
Roid trannies are not bodybuilders
Natural bodybuilding is an oxymoron. No such thing. Bodybuilding means you take gear and get a pump. You're just wasting alot of time and energy thinking otherwise.
