If my routine is doing 5 x 10 dumbell curls 3 times a week, its a shit routine no matter if i stick to it or not.

If there's no other routine that you'll stick to, then it's the best routine for you.

The idea is that you’ll eventually evolve your routine to include more effective exercises. Being consistent is the most difficult part of fitness.

Best Implies perfect or close to. Most newbies are moronic, do moronic shit and don't deserve participation trophies

This one pisses me off. I haven't seen a doctor in over 10 years. Who the frick asks their doctor if it's OK to lift a weight like cmon. Do people generally talk to their doctor about every little thing in their life?

The trick is to design a gym routine that you won't stick to because it is too hard, but then you don't give a frick and stick to it anyways because you're not a pussy.

It actually works, during lockdown, I searched on reddit "how many pushups a day are overtraining" and they all said that anything more than 200-300 is "bad for you". I got the same results from quora pajeets. I have to work at least 3x as hard as the people answering these quesitons, because I know that they're losers and anything a normal person considers "a plan that I will stick to" won't give you any gains. So I did 1000 a day and it worked.

That was three years ago, I lost my arms and legs in a jet ski accident after that, and I'm bulking right now

    >guy tells you some fence sitter answer about all routines working or some shit
    >mention your routine
    >starts telling you you're missing X and Y and you're not doing enough volume
I just cannot stand centrists. Imagine if you're ordering food, they say "I don't care" then they complain it's too spicy. It's so obnoxious.
