>high carb, moderate protein, low fat diet
>5 day a week single body part per day split
>30 sets per training session
>8-20 rep range
>6 evenly spaced meals per day
>anabolic steroids
Just accept it. Conventional body building advice is the best way to actually make gains. All this new age stuff like strength training for aesthetics, intermittent fasting, etc, is bullshit.
If you roid it doesn’t matter what you do you will still make more gains than normal people
Doesn't refute op's point though. Why do 90% of jacked roiders use conventional methods instead of moronic autist memes if they were superior?
It’s easier to do baby weight for high reps than actually working hard trying to increase your 1rm, but it’s enough to stimulate muscle growth when you take roids. A natty lifter will progress very slowly with a roider routine.
8-12 isn't high reps, you can still lift heavy in that range. 3-5 reps is dumb if you're lifting for aesthetics.
You're an idiot. 5 reps is superior for progressive overload of your muscles, therefore it's also superior for muscle growth.
Based and bropilled. Why wouldn't you just follow the methods of actual jacked guys instead of moronic schizos and meme contrarian methods?
The high carb thing they inject insulin with it....
They use insulin mainly due to insulin insensitivity caused by hgh. Bodybuilders still ate high carb diets prior to insulin usage becoming commonplace.
Does this world without roids I don't want to be a fricking Hulk, but actually more between ottermode and jacked?
Work*
Of course. You just need to eat the appropriate amount of food for your weight/body composition.
Yeah if you progressively overload. Everyone in the gym just goes to get a burn which is why they're all either fat or skinnyfat shrimps.
>moderate protein
"the bros" are obsessed with protein so it should be the number one there
Moderate protein in relation to carbs, ie 400g of protein 800g of carbs for an ifbb pro, half that for a dyel
Not 0.7g per lb or whatever cuck shit the dyels are trying to sell obviously
Another meme diet. Great
Obviously if you train like Jay Cutler you will look like him. I mean obviously. The logic is irrefutable. Come back to us in a year and tell us how it went.
Also BTW how much does he squat?
I don't know but he could casually rep out 405lbs on incline bench.
