>t. gullible r*dditor who believes everything he hears on r*ddit
deenz have some of the lowest mercury content of any fish
you only need to watch out for long lived apex predators aka tuna and you can eat like 3 tins a day and be perfectly fine
enjoy your general poisoning from eating chink dust protein powder, homosexual
fpbp
Dogpiling you morons to remind you that no one gets fricking mercury poisoned from deenz
Dumbass vegans can’t help but show they ass smdh
SADIIIIIINES
Warning: DO NOT eat sardines every day or you will look like me.
Holy shit you’re me
Post body
Listen here little baby. You're gonna get a lot of hurtful and degrading comments, but that ain't what I'm about. Let me just say, you are perfect the way you are. You hear me sugar? PERFECT. Don't ever change. You deserve anything and everything you want. Stay safe for me, baby girl.
>mfw thinking of you hurting

Would

mmmmm heavy metals
You get sick of sardines 2 days in, and tuna gives you mercury poisoning. There's no escape from the dreaded C H I C K E N B R E A S T
Dry, boring, tastless C H I C K E N B R E A S T. With plain rice, or plain oats, just embrace the C H I C K E N B R E A S T.
I fear the chickenbreast
>chicken breast
>dry
>tasteless

Enjoy your BPA.
sardines from king oscar(pbuh) are not lined with bpa, and are among the fish with the lowest mercury content.
lolololol I forgot about Body Fortress
I've never tasted good whey only Body Fortress and 5 6 Whatever Star
Canned seafood is cope. Fresh fish is always better.
the only thing i don't like about sardines is the bones
Only crap sardine canning plants produce them that way. Real sardines are properly done so that the bones become soft like the rest of the fish.
maybe hes talking about the spines. got to peel them out before eating if you dont like the crunch.
In the UK I've never had deenz where that was an issue and they've been a staple in my house since I was a kid. Same with mackerel. Salmon always seems to have spines though
The crunch is the best part
And the bones is where all the calcium is hiding so if you want that good nooch then you gotta eat the bones
>He doesn't know
Canned sardines, tuna, and anchois in olive oil is delicious. They are cheap and great source of proteins, versatile and easy yo cook
Who the hell find them disgusting? Everybody loves them in my country.
I only frick with tuna if I can put it on a wheat shred cracker with some cheese on top.
for me its tuna in a bag
This homie eating zesty food.
I also eat my chicken from a bag :/
based, where is this landscape?
>t.midwesterner
looks like badlands but could also be Baltimore
i ate a tuna sandwich today. am i in the cool kids club?
Price per pound is worse than any fresh meat outside of pricier cuts of steak. If it doesn't taste all that great by itself either why on earth would I eat it over chicken breast?
Chicken breast is 7$/lb in my area (Oregon)
My condolences
>macros
Like barely, compared to chicken breast
>micros
Fair, especially if you count mercury as a micro
>taste
Cooklet
Canned anything shouldn't taste better than food you make yourself
>chicken breast
you choose the worst part of the chicken in terms of micros. just drink a shake at this point.
>Like barely, compared to chicken breast
you could survive off sardines due to the healthy fats. You would get rabbit poisoning trying that with chicken,
>especially if you count mercury as a micro
not a concern for low foodchain fishes. microplastics is the argument you want to make
>cooklet
i've had chicken from fancy restaurants, etc. it is inherently a dry, bland meat that can Maybe be saved with the correct spicing, saucing, etc. Deenz are fine straight out of the can.
better macros, better micros, better taste
>better taste
Debatable
The frick's even the point of whey anymore? Whey's biggest selling point initially was its cheapness, it was a dairy industry byproduct that finally found its customer, and was sold in large quantities cheaply. I remember ordering a large 20kilo bag of MyProtein when the company just opened for some chump change. But now most major brands caught up on hype and whey costs as much as regular food per gram of protein, so whats the point? I'd rather eat eggs and cottage than this shit.
thats just plain wrong, whey is still the cheapest per kg of protein
i also prefer actually eating my broteins but it still is the cheapest, esp if you get some myprotein deals for like 11-12€ per kg
myp prices look scary until you realize everything is on sale more often than not. there is a huge sale ongoing now for black friday.
Easy to make
>mercury
heh, nothin' personnel.
Too much fat
I prefer to regulate my fat intake to save room for carbs and protein
Why eat canned fish if you can eat the actual fish?
Is mercury poisoning a real risk or it's exaggerated?
I'm going to add sardines(not canned) to my diet and wanted some tips
more of a risk from tuna, but its still not a huge risk with that unless going overboard for long periods of time. large fish have more mercury,
Just don't eat only canned fish. Eating tuna every week or every few weeks isn't gonna kill you.
Nice, wish I could stand the smell of fish. I have to make do with eating 18 eggs a day
>3rd daily serving of sardines
That's $10 of sardines per day, $70 per week, $3,650 per year
He works in a sardine factory and gets them for free.
I developed an allergy to fish. I miss my tuna pasta meals.
