    You get sick of sardines 2 days in, and tuna gives you mercury poisoning. There's no escape from the dreaded C H I C K E N B R E A S T

    Dry, boring, tastless C H I C K E N B R E A S T. With plain rice, or plain oats, just embrace the C H I C K E N B R E A S T.

sardines from king oscar(pbuh) are not lined with bpa, and are among the fish with the lowest mercury content.

the only thing i don't like about sardines is the bones

      Anonymous

Only crap sardine canning plants produce them that way. Real sardines are properly done so that the bones become soft like the rest of the fish.

maybe hes talking about the spines. got to peel them out before eating if you dont like the crunch.

In the UK I've never had deenz where that was an issue and they've been a staple in my house since I was a kid. Same with mackerel. Salmon always seems to have spines though

The crunch is the best part
And the bones is where all the calcium is hiding so if you want that good nooch then you gotta eat the bones

Canned sardines, tuna, and anchois in olive oil is delicious. They are cheap and great source of proteins, versatile and easy yo cook

Who the hell find them disgusting? Everybody loves them in my country.

Price per pound is worse than any fresh meat outside of pricier cuts of steak. If it doesn't taste all that great by itself either why on earth would I eat it over chicken breast?

          >chicken breast
you choose the worst part of the chicken in terms of micros. just drink a shake at this point.

          >Like barely, compared to chicken breast
you could survive off sardines due to the healthy fats. You would get rabbit poisoning trying that with chicken,

          >especially if you count mercury as a micro
not a concern for low foodchain fishes. microplastics is the argument you want to make
          >cooklet
i've had chicken from fancy restaurants, etc. it is inherently a dry, bland meat that can Maybe be saved with the correct spicing, saucing, etc. Deenz are fine straight out of the can.

The frick's even the point of whey anymore? Whey's biggest selling point initially was its cheapness, it was a dairy industry byproduct that finally found its customer, and was sold in large quantities cheaply. I remember ordering a large 20kilo bag of MyProtein when the company just opened for some chump change. But now most major brands caught up on hype and whey costs as much as regular food per gram of protein, so whats the point? I'd rather eat eggs and cottage than this shit.

      Anonymous

thats just plain wrong, whey is still the cheapest per kg of protein
i also prefer actually eating my broteins but it still is the cheapest, esp if you get some myprotein deals for like 11-12€ per kg

more of a risk from tuna, but its still not a huge risk with that unless going overboard for long periods of time. large fish have more mercury,
