Lol I’m so fricking lucky they put me on this stuff as a kid for acne. Of course it’s long gone and I’ve even run out of my .1 but still have a ton of .025
Honestly went to take a pic and I look to porous, I’d be embarrassed. But the gist I got when it was explained to me is it promotes the body to push the new layers of skin to the fore, and it dries out and forces shedding of the top layers. This can result in acne ‘surfacing’ that wasn’t there when you first start.
It uses a chemotherapy drug derivative of vitamin A that causes your cell tissues to peel and die.
Doing this causes temporary improvements in skin appearance at the cost of getting skin cancer and autoimmune disease a few years down the road - which are symptoms of vitamin A toxicity.
Similar chemical to what third worlders use to destroy their melanin cells in skin whitening creams - which everyone knows is really toxic, but they still do it anyways.

If it forces your skin to go through more cycles then doesn't this end up aging your skin more in the long run?
that's not how it works, that anon above is a moron. Tretinoin does increase the shedding of your epidermis but it results in a thinner epidermis (while thickening the lower dermal layers), not necessarily turning your skin over quicker. It does alter and increase the deposition of collagen in your skin which is one of the primary ways it's believed to work.
This is a good post, a lot of anons here are equating increased regeneration and rejuventation with aging (i.e. your cells careening toward senescence). What tret does is increase and alter the deposition of collagen in your skin, which is more like a building block material and not a cell with DNA and telomeres that get shortened. Regeneration and rejuvenation often work on how our body makes and deposits these kinds of building blocks, which is not the same as increasing cellular division
dude you literally just made this up either maliciously or you are incredibly moronic. Vitamin C is the melanocyte-inhibiting ingredient in skin whitening creams seen in East / SE asia, specifically Ethyl Ascorbic acid. Vitamin A is not carcinogenic, the only skin cancer risk is because tretinoin diminishes the epidermis while thickening the underlying dermal layers, which increases your sensitivity to sun. You really are a dumb b***h
My youth and college years were completely destroyed by acne. I'm still mad it took them until my 24th to prescribe it. Now I get glances and smiles but my confidence will forever be scarred
It's the "look 30 when you're 40" cream that has all the studies supporting its use as a collagen producer which smoothes wrinkles and softens skin. Retinol is a lesser, weaker version that's sold en masse as goyslop
Word of caution, use moisturizer religiously with this stuff. It dries the absolute frick out of your skin during the loading phase before you adapt to it.
No, it's not temp gains like how stopping minoxidil makes you drop all your new hair. The cream just makes your skin produce more collagen. Your face is your face.
Well vitamin A signalling is associated with higher probability of developing cancer. Doesn't mean it's a high risk but there was a study where smokers were given beta carotene (vitamin A precursor, retinol and tretinoin are derivatives) and it actually increased the incidence of cancer in the treatment group so something to look into.
No just see the link I posted above this comment and buy that shit. It's considered a non surgical procedure cuz it de-ages you cept sans surgery. It's good shit.
My forehead and nose used to be absolutely covered in disgusting acne scar craters. I did 6 sessions of erbium YAG laser scar treatments for about $2,200 total over a period of 6 months (1 treatment per month). But I honestly felt like 3 sessions was enough since I didn't really notice a difference after the 3rd treatment. And while the acne scars on my forehead and nose are still there, I'd say they're 75% less noticeable 2 years later (the effects of the laser treatments supposedly last forever). And so I highly recommend it.
As to the treatments itself and the recovery; the treatment sessions are quite quick. Mine only took about 15 minutes. They give you special goggles to wear, wipe down the areas getting lasered with alcohol pads, and then start zapping you. The pain isn't all that bad. Maybe like 6 to 7/10, but brief. The smell of your flesh being burned is kinda gross. They then slather you up with petroleum jelly and send you home. You basically look and feel like you got a bad sun burn for about a week or so.
There's also different types of lasers. The other major alternative to erbium YAG lasers are CO2 lasers. CO2 lasers are more effective, but my dermatologist doesn't like using them because she thinks the erbium YAG lasers are effective enough with much less risk. With CO2 lasers, the damage to your face is more intense, and so you have to take more precautions like not using retinols or taking multivitamins for months. And there's a higher risk of permanent skin pigmentation. But if your scarring is really bad, then you might want to consider CO2 for the best chance of getting results that you're happy with.
I also take 10mg of collagen powder every day and wear a red light therapy mask every day. I use the red light therapy mask from Dr. Dennis Gross because you only have to wear it for 3 minutes a day. It uses both red and blue light therapy. The red light produces collagen and the blue light kills the bacteria in acne. But you can probably find a cheaper one that works just as good.
I also used to apply a retinol cream every day, but I stopped because I have ultra-sensitive skin, and so my skin simply refuses to get used to retinol. It would always turn bright ride and itch regardless of how little I used or which brand I tried. I also gave my skin several attempts to adapt to it over the course of about 2 years, but it never would.
I'm not sure if the collagen powder or red light therapy mask are actually making a noticeable difference since I did everything at once. The only way that I know that the collagen powder for sure is doing something is that it made the ridges in my finger nails much more noticeable - especially when I was using an expensive brand called Sparkle. And so if the collagen supplement got into my finger nails, then it's probably getting into my hair and the skin on my face too. And I made the $400-ish plunge for the red light therapy mask after watching a bunch of reviewers on YouTube who used it for at least a year. Their skin definitely looked better. And yes, I look young for my age. I'm nearly 40 but look 30. But I'm also a reclusive shut-in that almost never goes outside. And so I probably protected myself from sun damage as well.
>I also take 10mg of collagen powder
There are people who easily consume 1000g of collagen per year. A 100,000x higher doseage than your meme supplement.
I have terrible skin. My main problem is ruddy complexion. What do I do to fix that shit?
Most skin problems are caused by PUFA and vitamin A toxicity - both of which takes 1 year+ on restrictive diets to eliminate. Dairy gives and dairy takes.
Normal collagen gets digested like any protein, collagen peptides don't get hydrolyzed and they are absorbed by the small intestine directly. It has an effect that is mild in normal people but pretty good with those that have deficiencies or are of old age.
Pepsin literally hydrolyzes protein into peptides. Is there any evidence that pre-hydrolyzed peptides are treated differently by the body than the digested normal collagen? Obviously there are a variety of fragments produced through digestion, so maybe 0.1% of normal collagen survives compared to 99.9% of the special peptides, but if you only eat 10 mg you get the same amount of surviving peptides as someone who eats 10 g collagen (and you don't get the positive effects of bulk collagen consumption)
Eating collagen does nothing for your collagen in your skin which is produced by you. Eating collagen just breaks down in digestion like any protein, so you might as well just eating protein and vitamin C and other things conducive to collagen production.
Protein has different amino acids, collagen has the right ones to you need to boost collagen production. Of course it is not needed if you get the right amount of the amino acids from other sources like meat.
If you eat complete proteins (most animal proteins) you get all the EAAs and can make any that are missing. Collagen only containd 3 AAs only one of which is essential. You're better off consuming dairy or meat (or whey powder) so your body has more AAs to choose from and can make whatever protein it wants. You can't encourage collagen production by eating collagen.
I should do this. Luckily my acne scars never ended up that bad. There are some vague ones barely noticeable that I don't really care about, but one huge crater on my cheek bone from a massive zit I had at 17 I would like fixed. So you don't have to walk around with bandages on your face or anything after the procedure?

Not all proteins are equivalent. They have different compositions. Saying "Eating collagen just breaks down in digestion like any protein" is like saying cheese and olives are nutritionally equivalent because they both have fatty acids that need to be digested. It's moronic. The fatty acid profiles are different. Just because you're getting all the essential AAs doesn't mean you can't benefit from higher doses of the non-essential ones. Glycine for instance, has time and time again show positive health outcomes at higher doses.
You should actually trying taking a deep dive into the literature on these issues before parroting idiotic meme WebMD meme articles on the first page of Google with literal who doctors trying to 'deboonk' any health opinion not endorsed by mainstream medicine. But I guess I'm just wasting my breath, some people are just born to be conformist I suppose.
Man I hate these Black person execs that are responsible for what happened to search engines like you wouldn't believe. Go*gle used to be so crisp in the 00s. But nowadays the clear web is censored beyond belief and even what little you can find is buried beneath 5000 layers of astroturf. Websearches used to be so much fricking FUN. Now it's all so tiresome. I want to go back
No lie dude, running across a barebones blog written by some obsessed autist about a niche interest of yours was the golden age of the internet. It actually felt exploratory, like a frontier, no all that's on the internet is just bloated sponsored trash.
I still remember the days when shit like stormfront was accessible on the front page of google lmao.
imagine being so cucked that you need a good boy loicence to treat your illnesses, and your country being so stupid it treats medication as hardcore drugs.
Prescriptions are a scam.

Clinical trials prove you wrong. Collagen supplemention seems to improve your collagen production.
Most based anti aging product in the market, been using this since I was 15 and my skin looks extremely smooth and youthful. Only warning is that you MUST use sunscreen ( mineral is best, Japanese brands are the best ones)
I'm leaf but my gf is Japanese so she sends me tons of skincare products, including sunscreen. Japan is way ahead of western markets and their stuff isn't loaded with garbage and other harmful or otherwise useless Ingredients. Any japense mineral sunscreen will do
i was given some of this from a doctor for my nose. it irritated the skin there so i just left the stuff in the cabnet. apparently its a really sought after cream. what should i be doing with it?
Irritation happens for everyone using it. You need to keep using it to get over it, you should use it less/less often if you get bad irritation. You should use it maybe twice a week at first and then about three times a week when your skin gets used to it. apply it om your whole face.
Nah. I stay natty. I’m sure you can get it there though. I’ve seen people buy large amounts of xanax without prescriptions, so I’m sure you can get your test. They have lots of male related pharmacies that mostly sell shit like viagra. I would check one of those out. There’s no way they don’t have test.
I've seen clips of people walking into stores in south east asia (which in my mind is similar to mexico) and asking if they have tren and the old asian cashier just gives them a vial. >CAPTCHA: GYMK80

Where? I buy from the border, but I’m a white American so that’s why they’re probably scamming me so hard lmao
no you probably bought it from the rich b***h pharmacies, try at simi or other heavily discounted pharmacies around the area. It'll be generic medicine but it works just as well

Not vitacilin right?
Do NOT put this under the eye area, the skin is too sensitive and you might damage it.
Frick me..I have been used a wrong product for my eyes then, what do you excomend for circles/lines then.

no that's something else
the one they have in my area rn is "Tinitrend Tretinoina 0.05% Crema". Don't check on their website since those lazy frickers never update their meds, use something like Rappi to check what they actually have in stock
I bought a few tret tubes that were a different brand like a year ago and I've only gone through 2 so far. I keep em in my fridge to keep em fresh, but they work incredibly well

I use a vitamin C cream for under my eyes, can’t remember the brand name and I’m at work but just something with vitamin C works best, FOR ME. You’ll have to try it out to find what works, there are retinol creams for under eye use but they are alot less intense so that’s also an option.
well I'm poor so I have to
cleanser, moisturizer, sunscreen, d3+k2, creatine, magnesium, zinc, boron, thyroid meds t3+t4, TRT, cialis, protein powder, food this shit adds up quickly
It’s better. Newest generation of vit A derivatives. Studies show the effect is the same as tretinoin, but with less irritation of the skin due to more direct mechanism of action.
t. Dermatology 2nd year resident
Started it last week using half a pea and blanketing in moisturizer. If it irritates me too much (not flaking because I know that's normal) then I'll switch to weaker retinol.
Those b***hes don't pay your bills. All those b***hes that live in your phone, all those b***hes at church or whatever, they're not real. They're nobody. Flim flam b***hes. Live your life like they don't exist, because honey they don't. They want you to think they do, but trust me they have no power over you sweetie.
Doing this now
Do it before bed sweetie, sleep in it and wake up to a glowing complexion. Wash your body with coffee grounds and sugar too, gets rid of the dead skin.
What exactly do you mean by crushed vitamin c? Like the effervescent tablets you put in water or vitamin c capsules that you pop open and mix into the vaseline.
C'mon I need specifics please mam.
Oh honey just get any vitamin c pills you can find, those effervescent tablets will suck you dry. The baking soda in them help with acne and chicken pox though.
I'm more amazed by the fact that there is a 71 year old woman on here. I have trouble even accepting the idea that there are women on here at all..I thought we were all 20-35 year old liftard men. Are there real women on here anons, or is it more of those transbenders I have been hearing about?
I saw my grandson on here, he's a nice shy boy like you amongs. Anyhow I don't know much about these creams you kids are peddling but I don't know about thinning out your skin like that. I'd say you need some good old bone broth in you and do the vaseline. I read sad things about young ladies suffering for a year or more to be left with acne scary. I think you young men need to watch some old TV, you'd like Star Trek. Look at the pox scars and wrinkles on those men, that didn't stop us from liking them. Strong and smart young men don't need the face of a boy to get a woman.
Just remember that it usually gets much worse before it's improved. You will most likely see your skin in its worse condition ever after a few weeks of applying tretioin.
Some stuff is cool yeah, but I feel like the fitness portion working out is falling to the wayside. I know there was a cardio general but where are the threads discussing novel approaches to HIIT cardio etc?
I don't mind threads like these or about general health/ looksmaxxing (although alot of those people are insufferable). They beat any literal coomerbait/ racebait slide threads with 300+ replies any day.
While better than race baiting. Looksmaxxing shit is also killing IST like all the threads about peoples jaw and shit and hair and not a single post about getting their pumps in or recovery from injuries etc.
Sorry if this is off topic.
I have some redness or pigment in my smile line areas, I don' really have full smile lines yet, but in that area of my mouth. Makes them look worse than they are. I have more pigment around my nose and cheek areas too.
Any way to fix this?
I have no skincare routine right now
I had bad acne in the past, so could be from that
Just get differin. It's the same thing except it's milder and over the counter with less sides effects. It's a more advanced retinoid. Tret is more powerful but over the time of year they achieve the same results.
explain pls
If im around 12-14% bf and cheekbone maxxed will I get smile lines later?
are these considered good or bad on a guy (or girl too actually)?
Smile lines are terrible, they are usually the first thing to show age, before your eyes.
You lose facial fat and bone as you get older, making them show more and more.
There is nothing out there to help with this yet, apart from facial fat transfers and such. Expensive.
Being too lean makes you look older, this is true. Also, if you lose weight too fast and aggressively, you can suffer permanent facial fat loss.
An extreme example would be Bryan Johnson, after becoming lean his face actually looks way older and has more deeper lines than videos of him 2 years previously.
>are these considered good or bad on a guy (or girl too actually)?
Pretty much every girl has them by mid twenties, around when the wall hits.
It looks unattractive, because youth is more important for women.
Guys can pull off not so bad smiles lines like pic related if they are a Chad, but it does reveal age.
should I ask a derm for adapalene or tret? I got an uneven skin tone, hyperpigmentation, some light scarring, still get acne at 23 after 10 years of dealing with this shit. Also should you completely avoid eye area or can you apply below the eye without going blind?
how can I apply it on the skin under my pretty long beard? is mixing it with beard oil and just rubbing it over the beard and massaging it into the skin ok?
you are wasting the tretinoin if you have a big beard, period. When you consider that the therapeutic dose of tretinoin is about the size of a pea, much of that is gonna get trapped in your beard. If you cut it and mix it with beard oil, most of that is still going on the beard hairs and that is tretinoin your skin will never see. Either shave the beard and use it for 6 months to a year for some nice long term benefits (it causes increased collagen deposition so despite what some morons in here have said it can have some lasting benefits) and then grow the beard back, or keep the beard and use it on the rest of your face only. Frankly tho, unless you have serious acne under your beard there's really no point in getting it into that area anyway. Cosmetically, tretinoin is used to lessen shallow wrinkles and crepe-y skin, all of which mostly happens in the nasolabial area, the eyes, and the forehead. It will not provide meaningful benefits to the skin around the jawline and chin unless you have serious acne to treat there
>unless you have serious acne under your beard
no acne, but I suffered for years from severe seborrhoeic dermatitis (or I think this is it) on my face and scalp. within hours of washing my beard, I'd get tons of chunky dandruff, red spots breaking out with itching and burning sensation. ketoconazole shampoo didn't help much, but when I combined it recently with NAC, black seed and oregano oil supplements, among others, and highly concentrated topical oregano, rosemary and tea tree essential oils, it disappeared for the first time after a single ketoconazole shampoo application. the skin under my beard is probably in a lamentable state after constant irritation for so long, so I've been thinking about using tretinoin to regenerate it a bit
>Sweating a lot during my workouts >Starting to get pimples on my forehead
How do I keep myself clean during the workout? Clearly wiping myself with a towel isnt working.
Any you homies that use tret in the first few weeks notice any sensitivity to hylaraunic acid? I'm fair skinned. My moisturizer with nicinamide works just fine and no irritation and even AHA doesn't seem to irritate it but the HA makes my skin sperg out. Week 3 of tret so idk.
0 befire/ after pictures, or any pictures at all. Very inspiring, how many of U will actually work around prescriptions and frick urself up with chemicals because of random posts here
Tell me good moisturiser and I will start. Tried different shit including cerave and it dries my skin.
Without good moisturiser retinol does more harm than good
It depends on your skintype and it's not some premium bullshit that you have to directly order from korea. Just go to target and get cerave for your skin type.
33 year old boomer here, I've used this stuff since middle school. It's kinda pricey nowadays (almost 20 burgers for a tiny bottle) but it's incredible, I put it on my face and balls/dick immediately after I shower at night.
Anyone here have any experience with Accutane? Went to a derm yesterday because acne and oily skin have ravished my face for the past 3/4 of the year. Been on trent for most of that time but shit doesn't improve. Also on benzoyl peroxide and did a round of antibiotics. He said I need to stop Trent as well. Will it affect my gains?? Read online it fricks with your joints
Nobody on the internet will tell you the truth. Especially stuff that is intrinsically tied to your self-esteem (i.e. all the astroturfing about how Fin will make your dick fall off. How accutane causes suicides), because astroturfers are trying to psyop everyone into despair.
Ask your doctor. Tell him your concerns. He's seen hundreds if not thousands of people use accutane, and its side effects. He'll tell you if anyone's joints got fricked.
I had no side effects personally, but I am an anonymous gay moron on a mongolian disc golf forum.
I used it in high school, it worked wonders for me but it has a shitload of side effects. I remember I was constantly achy and sore because it dries up all the fluid in your body including the synovial fluid in your joints. If you can suffer through it you won't regret it.
I'm just saying not everyone's skin tolerates it. If you have rosacea, your skin is probably very sensitive and tret can make it worse as it is very aggressive. I'm not saying to not try but to be careful.
his a moron thats all. you can apply everywhere but near eyes. When your skin is not used to it, it will get irritated around the corners of your mouth but over time it will get used to. You should absolutely apply it there, same with nose
Ok so basically you want to avoid getting too close to eyes, but tret travels under the skin up to 2 inches. So it does affect it, just hopefully not destoying the oil glands

so basically if I use it around my eyes my eye wrinkles will still get the benefit of collagen boost?

yes, some people also claim they can apply right next to their eyes without issues but the oil glands can get damaged permanently so your choice.

Doesn't even cover the shit that actually works and he's using a filter. I guess sleep works but everyone knows that already.
just keep the tube by something you use every day, like a tooth brush or something, or just by the sink in general, you'll see it every time you enter the bathroom
what the frick has gotten into people that they can't just fricking age gracefully. I'm not saying just let yourself look like shit, but when You're 20, look like You're 20, when You're 40 look 40. Why the frick are so many morons terrified of a wrinkle or something? Is it because pathetic weaklings are gaslit into never marrying these days and so they're trying to date and look young well into their 50s and 60s and aging is terrifying to them?
>Is it because pathetic weaklings are gaslit into never marrying these days and so they're trying to date and look young well into their 50s and 60s and aging is terrifying to them?
Yes, that and wasted youth.
I’m honest about it.
if I'm to be completely honest then yeah, around 20 is when they look actually hot, 20-30 is what I'd settle for and enter a dead bedroom relationship with

terrible. norwood 3 or 4, but with no balding on the top of my head. started balding as soon as I entered puberty, so it's not that bad, considering. I was only applying minox, very irregularly, e.g. once a day, or every few days for some months or years, then nothing for a few years, so far, but recently added microneedling and mild dht blockers, like saw palmetto
it's not OTC. went to some doctor who didn't want to prescribe fin a few years ago, havent tried again yet, because until recently I had to drink half a bottle of vodka to get enough energy to get off the computer and wash my teeth

good luck anon. try to get on finasteride at least if you ever feel up to it. it helps stop balding
I'm starting to learn anything at all about skincare, but I'm currently just using pic related as a moisturizer, combined with a generic 1% retinol cream for the night and an herbal foam as a face wash. I'm also applying dilluted essential oils, e.g. oregano, when I see any signs of dandruff or irritation near my etebrows or facial hair, which they seem to help with very well

Tretinoin actually ages your skin faster because it increases cell division and we only have a limited telomere length. Notice there are no examples of effective anti-aging. All you get is thin skin with the troony glow. Let me guess, you're one of those brainless who thinks HGH is the fountain of youth?
Lol I’m so fricking lucky they put me on this stuff as a kid for acne. Of course it’s long gone and I’ve even run out of my .1 but still have a ton of .025

except retinoids are used to prevent melanoma
If it forces your skin to go through more cycles then doesn't this end up aging your skin more in the long run?
this is a good point,
every time the human body sheds skin the newer skin is less perfect. that's how aging works.
if this makes you replace the skin on your face faster, then wouldnt it actually age you faster in the long run?
that's not how it works, that anon above is a moron. Tretinoin does increase the shedding of your epidermis but it results in a thinner epidermis (while thickening the lower dermal layers), not necessarily turning your skin over quicker. It does alter and increase the deposition of collagen in your skin which is one of the primary ways it's believed to work.
regeneration =/= aging
see hair or nails
You really are a dumb b***h
>post skin

My youth and college years were completely destroyed by acne. I'm still mad it took them until my 24th to prescribe it. Now I get glances and smiles but my confidence will forever be scarred
what does this do again exactly? i thought it's just if you have acne
It helps with wrinkles as well, unclogs pores and stimulates collagen production. It might heal some types of acne scars

No, it's not temp gains like how stopping minoxidil makes you drop all your new hair. The cream just makes your skin produce more collagen. Your face is your face.
lol
what a stupid thing to say
>ur face is ur face bruh
Well vitamin A signalling is associated with higher probability of developing cancer. Doesn't mean it's a high risk but there was a study where smokers were given beta carotene (vitamin A precursor, retinol and tretinoin are derivatives) and it actually increased the incidence of cancer in the treatment group so something to look into.
>y where smokers were given beta carotene
>the incidence of cancer i
frick off moron
Your skin will be destroyed eventually like you start at 20 and at 50 instead of looking 50 you look like a burn victim.
do you moisturize before or after
Tretinoin before bed, moisturizer immediately upon waking up, and reapply in the evening
Your skin adapts to it eventually, but you'll regret it if you don't lather constant moisturizer on in the day for the first few weeks
yup, I got catfished by a tinder girl who was on this shit, it looked like her entire face was peeling off.
i use an otc retinol serum from loreal, is the difference worth the hassle of getting a script for this stuff?
No just see the link I posted above this comment and buy that shit. It's considered a non surgical procedure cuz it de-ages you cept sans surgery. It's good shit.
i ordered some
hope it works anon, i just want less wrinkles on my face. i'm getting old since im 30 now.
does it help with dark circles too?
Do NOT put this under the eye area, the skin is too sensitive and you might damage it.
Ah no worries, interesting. So it doesn't help with pores? I have some enlarged pores around my nose area and I don't like em.
Ok, this shit fixed my acne. What can fix my indented acne scars now? They are not around my whole face, only around the temples.

From the collagen and mask have you noticed any improvement? Does your skin look younger than your peers?
>I'm nearly 40 but look 30.
Not drinking, smoking and avoiding sun would probably give you these results
>I also take 10mg of collagen powder
There are people who easily consume 1000g of collagen per year. A 100,000x higher doseage than your meme supplement.
Most skin problems are caused by PUFA and vitamin A toxicity - both of which takes 1 year+ on restrictive diets to eliminate. Dairy gives and dairy takes.
surely he means grams
Normal collagen gets digested like any protein, collagen peptides don't get hydrolyzed and they are absorbed by the small intestine directly. It has an effect that is mild in normal people but pretty good with those that have deficiencies or are of old age.
What about pills of hydrolysed marine collagen with hyaluronic acid and coq10 (but with more collagen than the other two)?
>10mg of collagen
>blissfully unaware that he means he's taking 0.01g of "special" protein a day
clown
Yes brother
what's the point of those weak dosages? you guys are such annoying pussies
dumbass
Lmao father time comes for the mathlet, imagine losing your shot at immortality because you can't divide.
I have terrible skin. My main problem is ruddy complexion. What do I do to fix that shit?
too bad you need a prescription for it here in europe
imagine being so cucked that you need a good boy loicence to treat your illnesses, and your country being so stupid it treats medication as hardcore drugs.
Prescriptions are a scam.
the prescription mafia doesn't exist in your c**t? where do you live?
oh it does I just make fake prescriptions.
Get an online prescription.
Clinical trials prove you wrong. Collagen supplemention seems to improve your collagen production.
The Dr just gives the prescription out like nothing as well so it's easy to get
Most based anti aging product in the market, been using this since I was 15 and my skin looks extremely smooth and youthful. Only warning is that you MUST use sunscreen ( mineral is best, Japanese brands are the best ones)
>sunscreen ( mineral is best, Japanese
What brand do you use? Are you in the US?
I'm leaf but my gf is Japanese so she sends me tons of skincare products, including sunscreen. Japan is way ahead of western markets and their stuff isn't loaded with garbage and other harmful or otherwise useless Ingredients. Any japense mineral sunscreen will do
Canuck, I know that’s you
I know you’re in the fit shit redux server
you Nihon loving son of a gun
I wish you two a happy and loving relationship
Nope, don't care about superficial vanity
stop working for me. used it for 2-3 years, was amazing.
i was given some of this from a doctor for my nose. it irritated the skin there so i just left the stuff in the cabnet. apparently its a really sought after cream. what should i be doing with it?
Irritation happens for everyone using it. You need to keep using it to get over it, you should use it less/less often if you get bad irritation. You should use it maybe twice a week at first and then about three times a week when your skin gets used to it. apply it om your whole face.
Where can I buy this for cheap online?
Retinol is never cheap.
It is in Mexico, along with any other drug. I live by the border, all of us cross over for stuff lol. I get my retinol for $40 a tube
you ever buy testosterone
Can you fly over with it?
Not sure. I drive.
>I get my retinol for $40 a tube
lmao you got fricking scammed, I live in mexico too and I get my shit at 2 dollars a .05% 30g tube
en simi?
si, los lunes dan descuento de 25% y baja de 50 pesos a 30 pesos
apologies if bad at spanish
no you probably bought it from the rich b***h pharmacies, try at simi or other heavily discounted pharmacies around the area. It'll be generic medicine but it works just as well
Not vitacilin right?
Where? I buy from the border, but I’m a white American so that’s why they’re probably scamming me so hard lmao
don't cheap out on it, buy the good shit prescribed by a dermatologist
well I'm poor so I have to
cleanser, moisturizer, sunscreen, d3+k2, creatine, magnesium, zinc, boron, thyroid meds t3+t4, TRT, cialis, protein powder, food this shit adds up quickly
There is 0 difference between cheap and expensive tretinoin, besides fake ones
I got my auntie to send me tretinoin and hydroquinone.
it asks to upload a script but you dont have to
https://www.alldaychemist.com/a-ret-gel-0-05-20-gm.html
AIPCT on Google. It'll take like a month to get to you and the packaging will smell like curryBlack person sweat condensed into a cologne
I use adapalene. Is that just as good as Tretinoin?
It’s better. Newest generation of vit A derivatives. Studies show the effect is the same as tretinoin, but with less irritation of the skin due to more direct mechanism of action.
t. Dermatology 2nd year resident
Interesting, appreciate the expertise bro!
Started it last week using half a pea and blanketing in moisturizer. If it irritates me too much (not flaking because I know that's normal) then I'll switch to weaker retinol.
I've been using coconut oil. Will I make it?
nope
Well I do try, I don't know about this but I've been mixing crushed vitamin c in vaseline for the past 50 years. Turning 71 in two weeks.
You look great! Damn 71, got any life advice?
Those b***hes don't pay your bills. All those b***hes that live in your phone, all those b***hes at church or whatever, they're not real. They're nobody. Flim flam b***hes. Live your life like they don't exist, because honey they don't. They want you to think they do, but trust me they have no power over you sweetie.
Do it before bed sweetie, sleep in it and wake up to a glowing complexion. Wash your body with coffee grounds and sugar too, gets rid of the dead skin.
Based. Live my own life, not chase pussy because they'll come regardless anyway.
Doing this now
What exactly do you mean by crushed vitamin c? Like the effervescent tablets you put in water or vitamin c capsules that you pop open and mix into the vaseline.
C'mon I need specifics please mam.
Oh honey just get any vitamin c pills you can find, those effervescent tablets will suck you dry. The baking soda in them help with acne and chicken pox though.
bruh if you're 71 thats actually fricking amazing
GainsGranny
Would, maybe.
>maybe
I 100% would if she has a nice body
Post your breasts
What is a 71 year old woman doing on this god forsaken website
If real, you look amazing
Shit you’re pretty hot for a granny
>would
I'm more amazed by the fact that there is a 71 year old woman on here.
I'm a cat

This is the best retinol on the market. Find it at all the Botox and filler places by you.
You think they'll script this for back pimples?
Mine expired April last year. Is it still good to use?
You’re still going to lose face fat and bone, revealing your age.
Only surgery at the moment can fix this
>face fat
Anti inflammatiories and dutasteride may help.
>bone
Vitamin K2, rapamycin and a low fat yogurt diet.
Where my tretinoin chads at
Will it save me?
I'm sick of spending money on skincare stuff and it having no effect.
>22 and still skin like I was 14
Easily treatable with tretinoin. Went to the dermatologist, she told me I am not going to waste your money with useless shit, buy tretin.
excellent thanks bro, I am visiting a derm soon to remove some moles anyway so will ask then
Just remember that it usually gets much worse before it's improved. You will most likely see your skin in its worse condition ever after a few weeks of applying tretioin.
noted. I can live with that.
Is it something you basically have to take indefinitely though? Or eventually would it be expected to just go away?
How come nothing has been made to help smile lines yet?
Mine are still very short and fine, but I live in fear of them
What's the protocol, how do you use this shit?
by 2024 IST will have daily twink and relationship help generals
>kek he's exaggerating about how the state of IST will be in 10 yea-
>2024 next year
Some stuff is cool yeah, but I feel like the fitness portion working out is falling to the wayside.
If this was available OTC I would've been on it for like 10 years now, I just use cerave retinol
I sure as shit cant get Tretinoin with my skin even though I get an accasional pimple. is Retinol worth getting into instead?
Bryan Johnson uses this, he was probably too late starting tho
BJ is doing too much shit at once for his age.
Sorry if this is off topic.
I have some redness or pigment in my smile line areas, I don' really have full smile lines yet, but in that area of my mouth. Makes them look worse than they are. I have more pigment around my nose and cheek areas too.
Any way to fix this?
I have no skincare routine right now
I had bad acne in the past, so could be from that
UK bros, how do I get a prescription for this?
Just get differin. It's the same thing except it's milder and over the counter with less sides effects. It's a more advanced retinoid. Tret is more powerful but over the time of year they achieve the same results.
i just buy mine from alldaychemist without attaching a prescription and they send it every time
Is it safe to use it on my balls?
Which is better?
>gel
>cream
Gel
>tretinoin
are there any OTC equivalents? I heard that 1% retinol crem is the same thing as 0.1% tret, is it true?
Yes. Differin. It's a more advanced retinoid that's OTC now that's like 35 dollars for a three month supply. Less sides as well.
so is this stuff only for acne?
or does it reduce wrinkles, smile lines, dark circles, other imperfections too?
Smile lines are more to do with bone and fat loss
Masha’Allah brother
>Sweating a lot during my workouts
>Starting to get pimples on my forehead
How do I keep myself clean during the workout? Clearly wiping myself with a towel isnt working.
Any you homies that use tret in the first few weeks notice any sensitivity to hylaraunic acid? I'm fair skinned. My moisturizer with nicinamide works just fine and no irritation and even AHA doesn't seem to irritate it but the HA makes my skin sperg out. Week 3 of tret so idk.
Don’t use anything with actives when on tret for the first three months.
0 befire/ after pictures, or any pictures at all. Very inspiring, how many of U will actually work around prescriptions and frick urself up with chemicals because of random posts here
>not a single face picture posted proving its effectiveness from anyone praising it
Why would I use this if normal retinol is just as effective?
It isn’t
Where to buy without an Rx
Tell me good moisturiser and I will start. Tried different shit including cerave and it dries my skin.
Without good moisturiser retinol does more harm than good
Nobody will probably answer, I’m not an expert, but I’d probably just get a simple organic one to use with your vitamin A.
Use Vanicream. It’s the most non irritating calm and simple lotion out there.
It depends on your skintype and it's not some premium bullshit that you have to directly order from korea. Just go to target and get cerave for your skin type.
Bruvs what do I do against large pores? I frickin hate these.
Do you know how this shit is made? Literally pools FULL of Goauld symbiotes are needed to extract this. Miss me wizh this shit
Just started few days ago and my face is all puffy and red and flaky. How long until this part is over?
33 year old boomer here, I've used this stuff since middle school. It's kinda pricey nowadays (almost 20 burgers for a tiny bottle) but it's incredible, I put it on my face and balls/dick immediately after I shower at night.
you're putting sunscreen on your face and balls at night?
yes, I need to protect my balls from the UV fairy
I got some of this recently but marketed as an acne targeting moisturiser + sunscreen, it gave me a terrible rash unfortunately.
This doesn't really do anything if you're young unless you're using it for acne. Might stall aging of the skin tho so i still will use it regardless
28 years of tretinoin, a 61 year old woman.
20 years of tret, a 41 year old woman.
10 years of tretinoin, a 60 year old woman.
These women are getting light surgeries/injections too anon
How do I get rid of dark circles under my eyes?
Stop staying up so late
that's eggy, no?
Be careful if you have rosacea, tretinoin will only make it worse.
Shit
It's online that tretinoin is actually a treatment for rosacea. What do? What's true, random anon, or a medical website? Difficult choice...
I'm just saying not everyone's skin tolerates it. If you have rosacea, your skin is probably very sensitive and tret can make it worse as it is very aggressive. I'm not saying to not try but to be careful.
A woman at work told me about this today. She is incredibly ugly
Do you use this as a spot treatment or do you just put it on like lotion?
It’s meant to cover most of your entire face (not on your eyes/edges of nostrils/mouth as this will cause burning/peeling/dry eye problems).
What do you mean by mouth?
Most of my aging is around the mouth nose area (fine lines)
his a moron thats all. you can apply everywhere but near eyes. When your skin is not used to it, it will get irritated around the corners of your mouth but over time it will get used to. You should absolutely apply it there, same with nose
So if you can’t put tret on your eyes, how do you stop your eyes from aging like shit?
Smile lines, then eyes, are the first to age
Ok so basically you want to avoid getting too close to eyes, but tret travels under the skin up to 2 inches. So it does affect it, just hopefully not destoying the oil glands
so basically if I use it around my eyes my eye wrinkles will still get the benefit of collagen boost?
yes, some people also claim they can apply right next to their eyes without issues but the oil glands can get damaged permanently so your choice.
>but the oil glands can get damaged permanently so your choice.
what? so tret kills oil glands? how about the rest of your face? I bet my face only looks younger than it should -even tho bad life choices- because I have oily skin.
shrinks oil glands in da skin, which is why it helps clear clogged pores and prevent acne.
so its a lifetime commitment and you need to religiously hydrate your skin if you ever touch it
It's not actually permanent
how close to the eyes we talking about?
what can I do with undereye wrinkles?
for example
seems pretty close to the eyes
Because there were no male examples.
He doesn’t use tret tho
57 years old
watched another one of this guy's videos and he mentioned baking soda + water to make a paste that you apply under your eyes to deal with dark circles.
I'm gonna try that too
>cleanser
>exercise
>sleep
Doesn't even cover the shit that actually works and he's using a filter. I guess sleep works but everyone knows that already.
Ow mai gaud sisters, retinol is literally tha best!
FOR EVERY ANON
USE IT NOW TRUST ME
>tfw cant get into a skincare routine groove to reliably do it every morning and night and thus use tret (despite having a tube in my cabinet)
help
No shit you don't use it, you can't see it. put the damn tube on your nightstand.
its not that, its that i cant remember to use moisturizer and sunscreen most days (and cleanser when needed)
Then put the moisturizer and sunscreen ON THE NIGHTSTAND
That’s way too much work.
just keep the tube by something you use every day, like a tooth brush or something, or just by the sink in general, you'll see it every time you enter the bathroom
what the frick has gotten into people that they can't just fricking age gracefully.
I'm a wizard in my mid thirties, but 90% of women older than 30 aren't sexualy attractive to me in the slightest
This but change 30 to 20, we are gonna make it tho
if I'm to be completely honest then yeah, around 20 is when they look actually hot, 20-30 is what I'd settle for and enter a dead bedroom relationship with
Is there anything out there to keep youthful facial fat levels?
be overweight. I know alcoholic chain smoking ugly degenerate fat pigs but their face looks much younger becase they are 5'8 and 280lbs and their face is stretched and fat.
other than that I have no idea
I mean as in facial fat deep in the face, fat pads, etc. teens have very thick facial fat, even skinny kids.
bryan johnson actually has dry eyes from tret btw
Bryan gets facial fat transfers.
It’s the only thing that will make him look any younger at his age.
Tret won’t help him if you start at 45.
curious how he still hasn't been able to hide his nasolabial folds
Nobody knows how to do this lol
Adding fat seems to be the only way, tho even that still won’t work for most people.
I wish they would fricking hurry up.
I’m mid twenties and they are still good, but I can see them getting slightly worse over the years.
I'm not afraid of aging or death really
This stuff seems kinda cringe and vain
But it sure does make someone money
This lady is 41 and doesn’t use tret or retinol, not sure what is the best routine honestly
She does have big smile lines tho, but these are hard to avoid (for now)
Imagine marrying a chick 15-20 years younger who then ages like that and getting to frick a hot piece of ass until your dick stops working
I put tretinoin on my face/chest/back
Still waiting for my disastrous bacne to clear, chest and face aren't bad but I still have breakouts. age 29
Are there any examples of older men that still look youthful?
Like could pass for 18-23
he was 40 in pic related
Be a man and just age you gays.
Broccoli headed zoomers finger popping each other's buttholes talking about fricking FACE CREAM.
Moisturize and sunscreen though
I'm facial creams and popping like 40 antiaging supplements and you can't do anything to stop me. I'm getting a hair transplant too, once I get my chain smoking, and alcohol and opioid addiction in check, because it'd probably cause the grafts to be rejected
What progress have you had anon, and your age?
I'm 35 and started recently, like 2 months ago, I have almost no wrinkles, despite my absolutely terrible lifestile and both oral supplements and starting actual skin care is visibly reducing the small ones I already have
terrible. norwood 3 or 4, but with no balding on the top of my head. started balding as soon as I entered puberty, so it's not that bad, considering. I was only applying minox, very irregularly, e.g. once a day, or every few days for some months or years, then nothing for a few years, so far, but recently added microneedling and mild dht blockers, like saw palmetto
why are you not on dutasteride
it's not OTC. went to some doctor who didn't want to prescribe fin a few years ago, havent tried again yet, because until recently I had to drink half a bottle of vodka to get enough energy to get off the computer and wash my teeth
good luck anon. try to get on finasteride at least if you ever feel up to it. it helps stop balding
thanks
What is you skin routine, the products you use. Sounds good man.
Tho you may need some work to thicken the skin for youth-maxxing
I'm starting to learn anything at all about skincare, but I'm currently just using pic related as a moisturizer, combined with a generic 1% retinol cream for the night and an herbal foam as a face wash. I'm also applying dilluted essential oils, e.g. oregano, when I see any signs of dandruff or irritation near my etebrows or facial hair, which they seem to help with very well
whats your hair looking like
OP's face is probably covered in tretnoin burns from overuse... its a good drug thouhg
Finasteride/dutasteride: hair and prostatemaxxing
Tretinoin and sunscreen: skinmaxxing
Statins/Zetia/PCSK9i: cardiovascular system maxxing
Acarbose: blood sugarmaxxing
What else is there?
>Acarbose: blood sugarmaxxing
elaborate
t. t1d
It slows down absorbtion of carbs in your gut so your blood sugar stays low-ish throughout the day. You want your HbA1c to be in the low 4s and acarbose supports this.
literally fricking what why has no one told me of this
Because no one gives a frick until all of the sudden they have diabetes.
I am using metformin instead of acarbose
which one is better
stopped using tret cuz it increased facial hair growth
>be me
>bad facial hair pattern, doesn't cover the bottom corner of jawline for some reason
>nobody told me about this tretnoin side until now
frick
They'd hurt the guy you're sucking off.
Anyone got advice for raised hypertrophic acne scars? Got some on my nose and it makes my already large nose look larger. Would scar cream help or am I going to need the laser?
No lasers, causes facial fat loss
Do you have a source for this? I was planning on getting this.
>look fine in the mirror at home, a little wrinkly but not bad
>out walking around
>see reflection of myself in windows
>look like a fricking ghoul from fallout
wtf does this happen to anyone else?
Literally me.
>like the way I look in mirrors at home
>reflection outside looks like death
>confidence drops to 0
This is me too, everyone says I look young and my skin looks great.
Avoid the glass reflection israelite, my frens.
Tretinoin actually ages your skin faster because it increases cell division and we only have a limited telomere length. Notice there are no examples of effective anti-aging. All you get is thin skin with the troony glow. Let me guess, you're one of those brainless who thinks HGH is the fountain of youth?
