frog is great. It's good groundwork for pancake stretch, and both of those have helped me master my heavy squats going ATG. You're gonna get some funny looks in the gym if you do it, or at least feel a bit self conscious, but honestly once you can squat 400lbs ATG for reps with perfect form and without breaking a sweat, it will redeem all your past silly looking behavior in the eyes of those skeptical gymgoers, and give you license to do any silly stretch you like moving forward. I introduced frog and pancake stretch into my gym when no one else was doing it, and I get approached by a lot of people who want to know how I got heavy ATG squats so perfect, and I turn them onto mobility routines that include these stretches. In short, there's nothing that wins over people who laugh at your mobility routines quite like dunking on them with perfect form and ROM on your heavy compounds while lifting twice what they can
