The holy grail of fitness.
If you can do this then you're max level with late endgame gear. There is no way to mog this. A 4pl8 bench, or 7pl8 deadlift doesn't even come close to it
Only the true king of IST can do this. Right now the crown is left unclaimed

Can you do it.?
Nope. But I want to. One day I'll be able to do it for a minute straight
i can do it but with knees in =(, i'm almost there
No, sorry. It's a long way to full planche
I'm same as you for 6 months now. Progress becomes very very slow in calisthenics skills the more you progress, but you know that already if you can really tuck planche
>, but you know that already if you can really tuck planche
Yeah, was a long journey, but we have to keep going, we will get there
!!
useless ass circus exercise, weighted pull ups and weighted dips master race
Tucked or advanced tuck? I think once you start getting the advanced tuck, you're basically almost halfway there
>tuck
>advanced tuck
>straddle planche
>superman planche
>planche
Advanced tuck i think it is, i have 1 leg stiff and the other one tucked
That's the superman planche. Youre basically there. It's the next step
One of my future goals. In 2024 I'm working full on handstand, at least 30sec freestand. After I achieve that, I'll go for iron cross and then for planche. Already can do ring muscle ups and one arm chin ups
Good luck friend! Go claim that crown
That's cool anon, good luck!
my goals for 2024 are the following:
>dragon squat
>handstand push-up (free from a wall)
>one arm chin-up
>standing ab-wheel rollout
all of these are hard goals and I am not sure if I will make it within the year but it is nice to have something to work towards. I can already do HSPU pretty easily with a wall and pistol squats aren't that big of a deal so no. 1 and 2 I think I will be able to get.
Good luck cali bros
For someone who is about 170cm what's a good target weight for intermediate to advanced skills such as planche?
65-75kgs
>the manlet special
No thanks
The holy dyel of fitness
I would think iron cross would be the holy grail.
Overcoming Gravity says full Planche is (just slightly) harder and I think the author accomplished both.
Here's the results of overcoming gravity if anyone's wondering.
You're gonna be stacked OP.
Looks pretty strong to me
could be worse
How can an Asian Look so israeli??
he's chinese. the israelite of the east
Not everyone is a homosexual like you who only does things for the sake of vanity.
I do it for function. Form just happens to follow.
>dedicating years to look like this and stay weak
Post planche and iron cross.
post body
Planche is definitely harder than this
It's just a basic planche. It's not even 1/2/3/4 level
You have brain damage
Iron cross is listed as a B element in gymnastics and planche as a C wich means its a harder element that gives more point to a gymnast. That being said the dificulty of each element will vary a lot depending on the length of the limbs and center of mass of each person wich can make planche easier or harder than iron cross to each person.
A 4pl8 bench definitely mogs the frick out of this if the person doing it isn't fat.
Not really. If a grill sees your full planche she's instantly wet and you will hit that immediately. Frick pussy or butthole or cum in mouth. If she sees you bench plate she can't even tell the difference between 2pl8 vs 4pl8
to achieve planche you have to skip leg day, which means it mogs nothing
Not true. Gymnasts have pretty good legs. They have to be able to do flips and shit. They do a lot more upper body work, but nobody wants gay bottom legs anyway
gymnasts are also like 5'4" lmao
And they still have better chance of gf and happy life compared to an autist like you (not trying to insult you, this is really what I think)
So? They are jacked
I'm not insulting gymnasts, I have a lot of respect for them, but a 5'4" gymnast who can planche absolutely does not mog a 6'2" man who benches 3 plates.
It actually does though. Especially if the 3pl8 benches is fat
The planche isn't really much. It's C rated on the rings which is around middle tier. However if you think 3-4pl8 is comparable to real gymnast work on the rings (eg something like this: https://youtu.be/6Rkv5LfU9kI ) sorry my dude but you're mental
this thread is about planche mogging all other exercises
3pl8 is gr8 but it's just barely ak advanced lift at that height. It obviously mogs the frick out of this
but not actual gymnasts.
I am 6'2
Maltese mogs it.
HOLY Grail is 200 lb overhead, 300 lb bench, 400 lb squat, 500 lb deadlift, and a 6 minute mile all while less than 12% Body fat.
Quit lying to yourself thinking one single lift defines anything.
And yet a planche mogs all of that
I could do this and do pushups while holding myself like that in high school. I could also do muscle ups, pull ups behind the head, and flagpoles from a vertical bar. However, I was a scrawnlet twink at the time and I didn't even lift. Can't believe this was 15 years ago. Pretty sure I took this picture to post it on IST back then.
What was your height and weight?
5'8 120lbs about. I wrestled 125.
manlet test
moron. It's not that hard lol and no I'm not at peak level. Twink bodies are for homosexuals. You want to be a homosexual? Shit is ass
>I can do planche push ups and presses at 85kg
>will not post proof
Seeth freely
T. Have been doing calisthenics focusing on statics since the pandemic started in 2020 and didnt go back to working out at the gym after
How do you practice this? They have one of these at my local park in the callisthenics area.
Dips, planks, lists, pull-ups and not be too heavy
planche leans with tape on the floor to track progress
Wrong exercise OP
No sense in training for this if you're tall or heavy.
Very taxing on wrists and elbows to the point of likely injury.
this
advanced calisthenics skills are impressive, but kind of soft-locked for anyone above 6' and it's smarter to not pursue them too hard
I got months long tendonitis from doing three partial one arm pullups and I worked for it, so I had to be at least a bit conditioned
