Great Value toilet paper is surprisingly good, much softer than Charmin or Cottonelle and it actually dissolves well instead of destroying the pipes in older houses like Charmin does. Great Value food is all goyslop though (of course, so are 99% of the name brand equivalents)

I need to get this off my chest and I've found a chance with this post. I can't fricking stand soft toilet paper. I like the roughest shit possible and the only reason I won't use an 8.5x11 sheet of paper is because of paper cuts and not dissolving well enough in the toilet. It's like when I need to actually clean something but all that's available is micro-fiber shit that's meant for clearing dust or cleaning screens, instead of a rough rag you can actually scrub with. I'm not there to make my ass feel like heaven after I shat, I'm going to shower some time that day.

great value brand has been slowly replacing all products on walmarts. I think they are the same corporation. It makes sense if you wanna control the whole supply chain and cause massive changes in prices or stock options and walkable city Black folk will not complain since those are the only stores available to them. Palm oil is villified directly by the western seed oil producers with the help of media and government it's an obvious conspiracy that I haven't really heard people talk about.

I think the reason is palm oil is more productive per area, it's made in counties were they can't get their hand on all the land amongst other reasons like needing to enforce the polyunsaturated oils are healthy psyop

No, it's vilified because it grows in the same places rainforests do, so to plant it you need to tear up rainforests. Have you seen a palm oil plantation with your own eyes?

            Anonymous

Palm oil is vastly more productive per acre than any other plant oil. Which makes this a very poor argument but one they always make. Additionally in any given year the vast majority of palm oil is being produced on land that was already cleared so what even is the argument?

              Anonymous

              >on land that was already cleared
And yet all the new plantations clearly weren't.
              >x is more productive than y
You can't grow oil palms on land that grows rape seeds or oil seed rape on land that grows oil palms. So now we circle back: if the argument is that agriculture can become more efficient by moving to palm oil, that necessarily means that new oil palm plantations are needed, so more rainforest must be cut.

This is the problem with using kettle logic: your arguments defeat each other.

                Anonymous

The solution is simply that counties like Indonesia should manage their forests to some degree. The oil is essentially required by 3rd world populations in its absence what else would they use?
if you are to say it should not be produced you are practically arguing for getting rid of most of the people in South East Asia.

Additionally you are giving the harms of any agricultural production of rapeseed and other seed oils entirely a free pass for some reason even though this is all made with heavy pesticide use which the palm oil does not require

                yes
                >for some reason
Reforestation of temperate lands is well-understand, and you don't even need to do anything. Leave them alone and they'll reforest themselves.
                >even though this is all made with heavy pesticide
There's a stretch. If you care about pesticides you're a hippie.

Anyways, enough whataboutism. There's good reason why palm oil shouldn't be encouraged and countries that can afford to should boycott it: it only grows on land occupied by irreplaceable rainforests.

      >the "Placebo" effect.

Placebo effect is pretty powerful but it isn't fricking magic. Worrying makes you more ill, being calm makes you less ill, worrying makes you perform behaviours that make you more ill, being calm makes you perform behaviours that make you less ill.
      >effecting

      >sugar pills can cure cancer
They cause a bunch of lifestyle changes that help with recovering from cancer, such as resting more soundly, eating better, eating at all, taking real medicines more regularly, etc. etc. Fighting cancer isn't just about the cancer, it's also about surviving the symptoms of the cancer and the side-effects of the treatment.

          >Why would the amount of worrying effect your physical body in any way.
because you have an entire second nervous system designed to do that.
          https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Autonomic_nervous_system

Evolutionarily, the stress response keeps you safe from tigers, whereas the calm response keeps you safe from germs. Stress=spending, calm=saving.

The placebo effect can work the other way too: if you have a hill to climb over, and I give you some "performance enhancing drugs" and you believe me, it will increase your stress levels, liberate more of your stored energy, run your muscles harder, and get you there quicker. You'll be more damaged by the end of it, but that's the whole point of stress/calm. Store when you can, spend when you need.

        pills can cure cancer
Spontaneous remission as they call it is not actually all that uncommon, early testing for cancer I think is partially a scam to detect cancer early so they can capture stats for cancer that otherwise would have just went away on its own thus giving the illusion of a higher rate of successful treatment. Since in reality modern cancer treatment is not near as effective as people seem to think.

False. Consciousness is solely the result of one's attention to the Truth. We all must work out our own salvation. We are not helpless victims of unseen mental forces or of seed oils. God is all Good, but it's up to us to realize that God, good, is all and everything.

wait until you research the pasteurization/homogenization of milk

fun fact: Nathaniel Mayer Victor Rothschild, of Rothschild lineage, the family that spent generations supporting the zionist movement, was a lifetime member of the British House of Lords (their version of the Senate, the upper chamber in the parliament)

Nathaniel gave two speeches during his entire life despite being a lifetime-position peer of the upper chamber in British parliament. One speech was advocating for support in moving 600,000 israeli settlers to British mandate of Palestine

Guess what his other speech was about. Guess. What could possibly be anywhere near as the level of importance to this man as the Zionist movement? Milk. Milk pasteurization.

Nathaniel Mayer Victor Rothschild gave TWO speeches in his lifetime. One about Zionism, and one about the importance of mandating milk pasteurization for the British Isles

That one document that you're not supposed to talk about mentions how the plan was to corrupt medicine

It was essential to get people to start boiling milk. I assume you-know-who were instructed by demons to force people to start boiling milk, because it makes everyone weak and unhealthy. And from there it was just more and more instructions to get people to eat more refined, processed literal-industrial-waste garbage

It was important to set the precedent with milk though

You can come close to avoiding them if you cook all your own food but otherwise yes it's very difficult and the content in some very common items like anything fried is huge.

Your diet has an effect on your blood pH. It's how the foods are metabolized. I dont claim to be an expert on it, but I definitely feel like shit a lot less just eating more alkaline foods. Look up Otto Warburg's work and theories. Theres also a study with sample size of 1 where the guy ate acid vs alkaline diets. The differences in blood pH were material. The guy's red blood cell respiration levels plummeted on an acid diet

Seasoning was average. Batter was no good because the steam ruins the crispness in the box. Really just awful.

By contrast, I got chicken tenders for half the price at Portillo's, and they were FAR superior. Just a shame that I'm still allergic to chicken so it made me shit mucus for a few days.

I went carnivore for a few weeks to defeat the sugar/carbs cravings, but I'm a cheapskate so I mostly ate bulk ground beef.

Do me a favour Anon, always freeze your meat for 24 hours before you eat it. Never fresh. We must defeat the gu sorcery curse on our people.

I buy 10lb logs of ground beef, cut them up into 1lb bags and freeze them. I have 60lbs on hand most of the time. If there is a sale on chuck roast, ribeyes or brisket I will stock some of that up. My diet consists mostly of :

              beef
              beef liver
              eggs
              kefir(homemade)
              heavy cream
              onion
              garlic
              jalapenos
              green olives
              strawberries/blackberries
              deenz/mackerel a few times a month
bit of cheese now and then

Hexane is no joke. It's so toxic, I can't believe it's legal to use to process oils.

But with regards to butter, the argument being made for its danger applies to all fats which are solid at room temperature. I've switched to extra virgin olive oil for almost everything where I need fat/oil, but I'll take butter over seed oils any day.

Well you need to do more research into love oil. It's so popular and there's so much money at stake that a lot of products on the market are adulterated or outright fraudulent. I stick to animal fats only because I can't be assed to source and pay for some legit product when animal fats are so easy to get.

We are very similar. I'm thinking of getting a chest freezer and going halves on a whole cow. For now, during my detox phase, my diet is:

                beef
                Red cabbage
                Red peppers
                Red chillis
Lots of garlic, inc raw whole cloves
                Cheese
                Yoghurt (home made)
                Carrots
LOADS of tarragon, oregano, turmeric, cilantro, parsley
                Moringa (indian herb)
                Cheese
                Ghee
                Lard
                Coconut oil
Minimal bread, rice, millet, whatever starch to space out the above.

It's a very specific diet, focused on foods with anti-helminthic and anti-parasitical properties. It's working FANTASTIC. And so many herbs and chillis, it's never boring or bland.

I will defeat the gu demon. Victory is assured.

PUFA laden oils accumulate in your skin cells and burn in the sun leading to sunburn and cancers. Remove seed oils from your diet and replace them with saturated fat animal oils/coconut oil and when your skin cells have adapted to that change and are comprised of saturated fats, you will not burn nearly as much.
Skin will look fuller, smoother and younger also.

grains do the same thing, they do an immunity false flag attack on blood vessel lining.
Same with red meat unfortunately, the sugars in our body are slightly different than most animals, enough to trigger an immune attack but not enough to make us safe from the immune system. Look up neu5g vs neu5c if you're interested.
For the record I eat red meat because I need to draw the line somewhere but do limit it a bit now

Everyone should read this book. TL:DR Animals' bodies know what nutrients they are getting based on flavors so if they need something they seek out that flavor. Human beans isolated flavor and perfected artificially re-creating it. They can make something that tastes like anything but has no actual nutrients in it. They do this. People eat it. They get fat as they die of starvation. Welcome to hell.

If you're healthy then occasional seed oil consumption will have zero effect on you.
Everything is poison. Your drinking water has estrogen, fluoride absorbs into your skin when you shower, everything has seed oils and preservatives.
The key is to put more good in than bad.
If you're living a healthy life, you don't need to worry about things like seed oils or the occasional glass of tap water. Unless these things are staples in your diet, stop worrying so much.

Look into oxidation and chemical stability of different oils/fats.
Then look into how they are refined and imagine what that does to them in light of their sensitivity to light/heat/oxygen.

Also a funny note. Most olive oils is stored in really dark bottles, protecting the oil from being damaged by light . Canola, even cold pressed, on the other hand is stored in light bottles.
Olive oils is 40x as resistant to damage, and yet precaution is taken.
Imagine just how fricking rancid that canola is.

          Everyone has parasites. Every animal.
There's mites in your eyebrows that eat dead skin cells. Normally this is not a problem, it's a symbiotic relationship. But if there's an overgrowth of mites, you get folliculitis.

Same is true for internal parasites. They are everywhere, usually not a problem, if you eat a normal, traditional human diet. But the druids that control the media, big pharma and government decided that it's more profitable to intentionally keep you infested with parasites, so you consoom, and are constantly sick.

So this knowledge is hidden from you.
They want you to think parasites only happen in poor countries. But it's the opposite now. Chinese and Indian traditional medicine is all about treating parasites, they eat antiparasitic foods regularly.

In Indian and China, anti worm pills are cheap and available over the counter. Most people take worm pills regularly, especially if they have kids.

In the US, that same pill is $500. Prescription only.

Do you see the game being played here?
It's sick, and corrupt...evil... and it needs to end.

I taken a few different worm pills back in 2020 or whenever it was big on pol. No difference. I think it's mainly Americans that get them because they constantly eat takeout made by random Third Worlders

              Have you ever eaten it?
              I would recommend against it.
It likely has worm eggs in it.
              On purpose.
