the guy in OP pic has always been fat and only pushed as the ideal physique by other fatso's on here. We like to criticize the shredded instagram roiders for misrepresenting themselves but OP pic is doing the same thing with lighting/angle/pump (probably).
If you want to see what his physique really would look like then you don't have to edit anything, just cover the right side of the photo with your hand and examine the left side which is in regular lighting and not angled towards the camera. you'll see he looks like a regular chubby guy thats been hitting the gym for a little while.
