Are you implying fit people with more muscle mass are unhealthier?

YES! Look at Donald Trump. The guy deliberately refuses to exercise because, quite correctly, he realizes that people are not supposed to do that sort of crap. There's a reason he's a billionaire and you're not.
idk it might make your skin stronger but your cells have a limited amout of times they can divide. if you're forcing them to divide faster by killing a bunch of cells you'll age faster. sun also damages your skin and it makes it look older not better
Only because of age related damage which happens because of
1. Free radicals
2. Oxidative stress
3. Bad sleep
4. Shitty diets
5. Pollution and other toxic shit like microplastics etc
6. Diseases, bacteria, viruses
Without these you can essentially live much longer since cellular degradation barely will happen at all and when it happens your healthy cells will remove the degrading cells
grows back the same way while being much more vulnerable to damage from the sun and environment.
Lasers, chemical peels and microneedling all work the same way - that is they damage the surface layer allowing the sun and toxins to permeate through and cause permanent aging effects. The body goes oh shit, I don't want to damage my skin forever so regenerates fresh new skin really fast and this freshly created skin looks better than the normal surface layer that you had. Same shit, different toilets. It's a short-term fix with long-term consequences. I have zero clue what sort of mental gymnastics they're using to try to claim it has long-term benefit.
Exfoliating the skin or just plain scrubbing it a bit once in a while, can clear out some gunk and microorganisms and modern chemicals that can get trapped there, and seems loosely analogous to primates grooming each other. So yeah, a good scrub like they did in the old days before all this modern shit is all you need.
gets replaced faster increasing cell damage and loss
literally the one universally agreed upon principle of anti ageing is reduce how often your skin has to get repaired.
strength =/= youth
correlation (younger people stronger) =/= causation (being stronger won't make you younger)
his doctors are grifters
but I actually think there is some evidence suggesting it is useful. Cool thing about micro needling is it's pretty easy to empirically measure and control for extraneous variables.

Ray Peat mentioned it I know.
Im embarrassed i even know this, but if youre gonna beedle, use the stamps, not the rollers.

yeah IST especially makes me neurotic as frick. It's why I'm currently winging myself off and come here like once a week now. Half the threads here aren't even about lifting or fitness they're just subliminal lookism threads.

so you're admitting we don't know the long term consequences because we have any results from long term trials. Which renders your entire prior statements to be just speculation. To be clear I'm not defending it. I'm just saying there is some evidence saying it could be beneficial in the short term. But that's all we can say.
His vo2max is in the top 1% of 18 y.o. runners. So the 1% joke here is referring to that.
I was on board with this guy until he wanted to use his kids plasma. People have been trying to use the blood of teenagers to live forever since time immortal
>of a 1% elite teenager
What kind of category is that
Pretty dumb, tbh. But it would have made as much sense to say his leg press is in the top 1% of men his age, which it might well be.

not a single vegan lifter exists that isn't on roids kek
He’s vegan that’s why he’s skinny[...]
[...]
His lifts are ok I guess if you compare them to the general population. But the general population is a joke. Also why compare to 18 years olds? Men are definitely not their strongest at 18 and a trained 40 year old is going to absolutely demolish even a typical high school athlete in the gym
He's not technically vegan. At the very least he takes collagen in his morning drink.
https://blueprint.bryanjohnson.co/Step-1-Step-2-Step-3
And I imagine some of his other supplements are animal-sourced.
His test HAS to be low dose. There is no fricking way you could be that dedicated to working out and nutrition and be on test and only bench 240 unless being vegan just absolutely destroys muscle building potential even on gear
Lmao say you’re pathetically weak without saying you’re pathetically weak. I hit 240 after like 6 months of lifting

Yeah, they are strongest at 20 like pic rel.
>a trained 40 year old is going to absolutely demolish

Alright, now I know why I stopped coming here. This place is full of morons with bad attitudes who don’t even lift. Is there a more insufferable group of people than white nerds on the internet with a completely unsupported superiority complex?

>Alright, now I know why I stopped coming here
you literally are here
He's talking about the test-patches in his vid about his morbing routine. It's low dose and just for maintaining a normal test-level. He's on a caloric deficit so his test would naturally decline a bit. So he's not blasting for supraphysiological levels.
yeah but the thing is...he's not an elite teenager.
kek...like how hard is it to comprehend?
It's like if I was saying I beat 99.999% of 10 years old in a physical fight (maybe an obese tard could rock me). It means jack shit as a key indicator of health. All he's doing is comparing himself to young people because he is desperately searching for his youth back, like bro, you need to heal on a spiritual level.
I applaud the scientific exploration but you can't try and paint this guy to me as the pinnacle of health when all of it is artificial, engineered and never equate to the natural state of youth.
He literally has the leg press of a 1% elite teenager

He's vegan that's why his skin is grey and his collagen is so bad. No amount of surgeries and drugs can compensate for that stupid diet. By the time he figures out veganism is moronic the damage will be irreversible.
To be perfectly clear.
Setting your skin on fire severely burning it and preventing infection while it heals makes your skin heal better and regrowth hair.
The method was invented by some old guy. Doctors were shocked.
Nevermind. Imagine thinking you should eat a vegan diet on top of consuming hundreds of supplements, instead of eating a minimalistic diet that just avoids all the poisonous shit that came from the agricultural and industrial revolutions.
This is pretty based, I just know his pineal gland is glowing and can astral travel effortlessly. Also props for being wormpilled, girls love when doggies instinctively turn docile and wave their tail next to me while they reject other people just because they can see I'm free of filth unlike these prostitutes and say "wow u r so good with animals :)"
Idk I’m gonna have to say this guys skin DOES look younger. He just has mouth lines which micro needling can’t stop and the betrays his age. Also because he looks like he never gets sun or always wears sunscreen and he uses so many products his skin looks feminine. So even though his skin objectively looks good- how often do you see flawless pale skin on a 45 year old man?- it doesn’t really look good because we expect men to have a little wear and tear or at least a tan
sun is actually good for you obviously. This guy is off his rocker. He fell for the medical industrial complex bullshit on multiple fronts ie. veganism, reduced sun exposure, frickloads of supplements.
>10 Million Physicians on Earth | You NEED These 4
moron, sun is the worst thing you can put on your skin, especially if you're white. My father was a roofer all his life and looked like overcooked leathery stake at age 44. He also eats meat everyday.
I got a micro needling dermapen for my hair and decided what the frick why not use it on my skin too. I had minor acne scarring and it’s definitely improved substantially. Also has improved tone and pore size on nose. Really not sure what to make of the camp that says it actually speeds aging but I’m personally of the opinion that it makes your skin stronger and more resilient- and this is backed by a large majority of the research. It’s been great for my hair too. Hairline situation was starting to look dire and now I’m very optimistic I can keep a solid hairline into middle age. Just my experience

His skin looks incredible for his age. The elasticity is the only thing that's missing (which is causing the wrinkles). If he could get that back he'd have perfect skin at the age of 45 which is remarkable
Bench is 240. Impressive? No. Decent for a 45 year old vegan skelly and realistically better than a very large majority of the population? I’d say yes. Still I fraud and physically he’s an absolute joke compared to me. Not sure if I’d rather fraud and look superhuman in my 20s and 30s and then deal with the potential aging other or be a pale skelly my entire life and maybe(?) look better when I’m 50
wtf.
>damage your skin reapeatedly to make it look younger
makes sense
Works with muscles, why not skin
Your muscles don't look younger. You're moronic
>Cause microtears to Muscles, they build back better
>Cause micro-damage to the skin, it ________
they don't build back better. they are capable of exerting more force yes, but they are less healthy and traumatized.

holy shit literal morons come to IST this is too funny
he doesnt look a day older than 50
So if the vegan diet is so optimal why the need for all this extra shit?
You need to do extra stuff on any diet if you want optimal performance. This guy is trying to push boundaries, not just be in good shape.
It works.. I erased a scar I had using microneedling, strong acids and covid mask for 2 years.
I performed a miracle, no kidding
I watched my skin healing so many times I even noticed a pattern.
It heals fast if you dont let the redness fade.. almost 2x faster
But you cant take any sun, or else you will become a Black person from hyperpigmentation

Bryan Johnson. silicon valley guy who is spending $2 million a year to have all his biomarkers be 18 years old
So some vane prick that spends money on stupid shit? Makes sense
Give me one good reason why everyone in Silicon Valley shouldn’t be lined up facing a wall
if they are facing the wall, I won't be able to frick their twink faces
