Most anything from the Balkans will be tasty, but in terms of macros I'm a sucker for the more cheese and meat heavy dishes, naturally. Byrek is really good, but most places that make it likely won't do huge quantities since it's really time-consuming to make - try to get a "mish e gjiz" one, it'll have beef or lamb with a soft cheese, even softer than feta, similar to cottage cheese.
Also, pilaf is bread-and-butter for good food, it's basically just rice in broth, but some red meat with some onions and garlic for flavor, I would imagine carrots and celery would go well for a balanced meal.

I'm Albanian, so I just really like traditional Albanian foods lmao. My favorite is one my grandmother made for my brother and I all the time whenever we'd visit her - you fry up some ground lamb or beef in a shallow pan, not to fatty it up, just to make sure it doesn't burn, then cook until they're brown, add in some sea salt and garlic, maybe some onions for flavor, then have some feta with oil on top, top it off with some petulla (fried dough) with honey. God, delicious. Every single time.
I also really like feta in salads, specifically when you can find it fresh because it retains the saltiness, so a grilled chicken Caesar salad with lots of feta, black olives and cherry tomatoes? Heavenly.
