vegans are unwitting shills for food corporations and they instinctively associate any criticism of big food corporations with keto/carnivore/right wing. That's why if you post anything against processed food or modern foods on here even if it has nothing to do with the keto diet, moxyte or some vegan discord activist will jump on you for being "keto". They are useful idiots.

well with anything there is a science its just a matter of where it is applied in it, short answer there is a science to it and I believe in it.

I used to. I went vegan, had the correct amount of omegas and made sure i was getting all my macros. Got brain fog out the ass.

    Meat immediately fixed it.

Im suss on milk though. Maybe theyve made the store pasturised milk shit for you over the past 20 years and i need it straight from the tit, but it gives me issue.

I go by my bodies reaction to things rather than studies now, and keep GMO and crop handling in mind

Depends if there's many studies showing the same results

Either way it's a pain in the ass to read the whole fricking study so I usually stick with the basics

Yes if they use proper methods and reference their research volume (like testing 3 people vs testing 3000).
And wven if poll is small, there are some very niche things that you feel are true but sort of want to confirm and it is nice to find such studies (e.g. alwqys felt not fapping made me full of testosterone after few days. Turns out its true for aome time before it goes to normal).

But there are TONS of gibberish studies + equal ton of lobbied studies to get a desired result (e.g. to promore whole specific supplement industry. You think these "cure all" supps emerge out of nowhere? 🙂 )

Your graph is from a study for patients with some specific disease. Id assume kidneystones but the chips(salt) throws me off

    Its not sports diet

He's posting it knowing most anons are moronic and predictable enough to just have a kneejerk reaction and go l "~~*science*~~ bad!" without ever considering what the graph is in relation to.

          Nothing in particular, just wondering.

          Easily triggered morons

I believe in the utility of studies. I don't believe when a grifter or biased entity uses studies to push an agenda. Nothing wrong with reading studies and coming to your own conclusions, but very few people actually do that. Even "le science" gays like nippard or mpmd obviously aren't actually reading the studies that they quote, just the abstracts or conclusion sections.

There are mathematical axioms. Science isn't concerned with truth though it is concerned with making inferences about reality via falsification. ~~*modern science*~~ however is really just Lysenkoism ie a bunch of activists shilling whatever "science" will grant them money and status within the regime like what happened to biology in the USSR.

I don’t believe in science I am extremely critical of it and all other things that are said, it just so happens that when studies are viewed critically some of it holds up to scrutiny whereas basically all other forms of thinking are moronic

Ground beef is so expensive nowadays, I haven't eaten it in forever since it's hard to justify paying literally three times as much as chicken costs pound for pound
