Mountain bikers have destroyed all the hiking spots where I live. The bikes themselves wear out the trails very quickly and there's so many of them that you have to get out of their way every few minutes. Of course they always expect you to move out of their way, as if they aren't the ones hogging the trail. I've started making them go around me.
They sound just as shitty and entitled as regular cyclists.

Yeah I realized I wasn't being specific. They do it because its the popular thing right now. It's really just as homosexual as cyclists, they buy all this fancy mountain biking gear that looks ridiculous on them all for 20 minutes of riding down a mountain trail for the thrill of it. Half the time they walk up the hills so you tell me how much peddling they are actually doing. It's a hobby for people with more time and money than actual desire to self improve.
