To the guy who deleted his posts: don't know what source you ment but raw powders doesn't sell pheni anymore, you can try revange brand from various bodybuilding supplement sites. I would, however, recommend mv-supplements.
I've been taking phenibut for 3 years now, 2-3 times per week (took time off about 3 times just to check for negative side effects; there were none). I've noticed that I need smaller doses to reach the same effect nowadays. People probably just don't know how to administer phenibut (I also accept the possibility that a minority of people are simply immune to it's effects).

3 grams didn't do shit for me didnt feel anything, no buzz, nothing.
Lorazepam helped but tolerance built up too quick.
