There is literally zero reason for the average gym goer to do deadlifts or heavy squats. You are just putting yourself at unnecessary risk for no reason.

gays like them because they want a big ass
That is not true. It is false.
I'm not an average gym goer, I'm a freak beast in training
Pissening
This is unironically true. Barbell bench is included in this. Powerlifting might be the gayest 'sport' of all time, including competitive wiener sucking. The injury risk is astronomical compared to whatever 'rewards' (I can think of none) there may be.
If you get injured lifting heavy you deserve it
gays
>Barbell bench is included in this.
So what the frick do you even do?
>I'm not an average gym goer, I'm a freak beast in training
You're just a fatass who doesn't want to diet and copes by claiming he is a powerlifter with a 100lbs bench pr. There, I said it.
Projection
There's no reason for the average gym goer to go to a gym at all for what their realistic goals really are, you can get plenty of gains with just bodyweight exercises maybe a few dumbbells and a pullup bar at home. You aren't fit if you can't do a pullup.
pull-ups aren’t necessary for the average guy. cardio >>>>>>>>> pull-ups
not killing yourself isn't necessary for the average guy
And you’re the biggest homosexual of them all.
Pussy ass homosexual homie b***h
>considering yourself average
'Average gym goer' doesn't even go to the gym. And when he does once in blue moon, he does bicep curls and bench press, resting for 10 minutes between sets staring at the smartphone.
You don’t have to go the gym to do basic exercises
>implying 'Average gym goer' does exercises outside of the gym
Heh...
I do them because it's fun. Frick off.
>Dead lifts
>fun
I agree. I don't have much interest in pushing either of these lifts. I squat above 3pl and mostly will do drop sets to get more depth.
And deadlift is ok, but I've done 3pl and it feels heavy AF, and like it's a high risk maneuver. Doesn't seem worth it.
There is literally zero reason for the average human to get off their ass. You are just putting yourself at unnecessary risk for no reason
This. Why make yourself feel like shit on purpose by doing this shit when you can feel good not doing them?
I don't feel like shit, I genuinely enjoy squats and deads. Almost climactic experience.
What if I told you the entire purpose of life and the most rewarding feeling on earth is to suffer and grow from it? Your body is programmed to chemically reward you for suffering. There is a direct relationship between pleasure and pain. Many people even explore this relationship sexually.
Or you can cope and just eat candy every time you get sad or take israeli pills that artificially flood your brain with reward chemicals for doing absolutely nothing.
I swear fitness is regressing. The average DYEL isn't doing the three most important compound exercises that work your entire body because their favorite roided out influencer got gyno and blamed it on bench press. The DYEL 17 year old won't do 1playr deadlifts because Larry Wheels said he stopped doing 900 pound deadlifts
Clowns listening to people on a toolkit full of dope
you dont lift
brohan I am just a neanderthal type motherfricker and get a sick enjoyment when I see the bar bending. when I am at my parents homegym I workout half naked and grunt around like a caveman. do you really think I care about the risk of a lift?
I've heard too many horror stories with back pain so I go easy on deadlifts
>BRUH JUST HAVE PROPER FORM K SPLERGH
>tt. autist
Shut the frick up man, even if that was the case, it's just one little mistake or two that may frick your life for good. You can't guarantee to always, 100% have spot on form.
Can this happen with pullups?
No, because with pull ups you will frick up your shoulders. Having your back fricked up is much, much worse.
I've never squatted and I am fit beyond belief
Deadlifts arent a question of if youll break your back, its a matter of when. Boxer, bodybuilders, athelets, literally no one outside of powersharters do the homosexual lift. If a lift has the name dead in it then its a clue to maybe avoid it durrrr. Literally lat pull downs and maybe some dumbell rdls is all youll ever need
How would I grow my non existent legs then?
>200 front squat
>295 RDL
Trust me bros, leg training is much more than legs
