      It’s not that hard to understand why. How could any primitive man obtain enough muscular stimulation to result in huge bodybuilder quads? We can only do this with modern gym equipment. Prior to the squat rack it was very difficult to do heavy squats.

      maybe 25 inches tops for tall and big boned man. carrying stuff on uneven terrain can be intense at times but guys were trying to go from point a to point b so thwley were far from failure. step up/walking lunge type resistance.

    I'm 5'9 and huge legs look really goofy on me. Visibly trained and lean legs (2pl x5 squat, 12%bf) allow me to find pants easily and still get me mires from normie girls who like legs.

    If you're 6'2+ do whatever you want honestly, never seen a natty tall guy with legs too big

      I’m 6’3 and my quads are pretty big. I don’t train them for size but I enjoy back squats so that does more than enough. I don’t do any quad accessory movements like leg extensions.

      My calves are trash though. I work them pretty often but they’re stubborn.
