True. There's less optimal ratios but it's not an imbalance in the sense you have widely more or less than one or two neurotransmitter outside of their natrual ranges. A psychiatrist is incapable of telling what those level would be regardless since it's not something that ends up in your blood. They're basically throwing medications in the dark to see what sticks if anything. It's shitty but I'm not sure there's an alternative unless you create a medical intervention system that forces people to exercise and socialize.
