    moron take.
    More protein=better and faster recovery.
You'd probably turn around and say that you have to take rest days in order to recover.

What kind of shit take is this. This is a big reason why a lot dyels dont progress. You need to rest, you need to recover and do nothing for a day or two sometimes and come back in the gym fully energised to push yourself.

Most likely "eating whatever" included more than 80g of protein. Which btw is the RDI for menopausic women, think about that.

Back in the Sandow days, natty test levels were so high today you have to roid hard to even get near them. Also, the food and water was 10000000% cleaner. The meat they ate was like super mega giga richer in protein than today's hormone infested slop. We simply cannot compete

This is pure fanfiction. Air pollution was far higher in European cities during the industrial revolution than it is today. Literally every house and apartment was burning coal for heating. Waste from sewerage and industrial processes were simply dumped straight into rivers or the water table.

This is true and also none of it has anything to do with the post you're replying to. Air pollution and sewage in the rivers wouldn't mean the food couldn't have been more nutritious.

The 1g/pound myth is perpetuated by whey and protein supplement sales companies. In reality your body cannot utilize anywhere near that much protein in a day and it is just going to cause you to have renal failure earlier in your life.

Yeah Black person. Im sure people 100 years ago didn't have literal millennia worth of nutritional and athletic experience behind them and people only figured out that eating protein is good for you 20 years ago when Doctor GoldberBlack folkcteinbear invented calories and the glycemic index.
Bravo you stupid fricking Black person, BRAVO!
