>you dont need to rest as much as people force in here
>roids in moderation arent really that bad for you, 70% of dudes at my gym that are big are doing some kind of oral or test
>"natural" ways of boosting ur natty test is a fricking meme and a waste of time, if you wanna get high test just start pinning, being extremely autistic about your diet isnt going to do anything
>weighting food after 6 months is a waste of time because you should be able to eye ball it once youre used to the size of ur food portions
that is all i can think for now, might add more later

    Watch what happens when you stop taking roids. You will get super obese, your sex drive will be permanently shot, and you will have lower sperm count. I've been in the gym long enough to the effect it has on men. The only ones who escaped this relatively unscathed are those who had doctors monitoring their hormone levels. They will have damage, but it appears in their 50s in the form of heart damage. Most roid users don't have this luxury, and when they stop taking it they become grossly obese and have beef jerky skin. Not to mention thier heart is damaged, hormones are out of sync and their dick works some of the time.

Let me tell you something - my dad had a book from around the 1950s where the conclusion was exactly that - that it doesn't matter too much.
