        If you use the original purpose of superseding to hit opposite muscle groups like tricep extensions and curls, you can easily lift what you normally lift while cutting your time resting in half. Some of us anons have jobs and families and time is important.

      I was always known to have really nice hands. Girls would compliment them, guys who say they were nice but not too nice as to be feminine. People comment on how soft they are ect. People on IST would go L O N D O N if my hand was in frame. When I started lifting I got callouses on my hands easily. So did my brother and he hated it. I however feel so proud of my hands now. My work manifesting onto them. I look at my callouses and think of my hard work.

        Kettlebells are fine if you know what you want from them. They are not so good for hypertrophy though.
        I currently got into hr monitoring and shit like that and trying to see what effect will some kettlebell training have. Picrel is just 10x10 70lbs swings EMOM style.

      I bet you bench with a back as flat as your chest with your weak ass pec gains while making fun of anyone with even the slightest arch.

      Seriously, arching is proper form, puts your back in a proper position to set your lats into the bench, lets you have a solid lower body and core to lock your entire body in so you can optimally use every fibre of your chest. We get it, the powershitter competition arch is stupid. Nobody argues that, the rules need to change. But if you're lifting and your elbows are getting to 90 degrees or lower, you're good.

    Easiest way to spot a dyel is to watch them freak out over 1 meal. They don't take into consideration what they ate the whole week, thinking food from sit down restaurants are okay. But add 1 mcdonalds meal into it and they assume they got fat from that
