much more sensitive than other areas when flossing, been that way for a while. it's got that good kind of pain that you get when youre a kid and your tooth is loose and you keep playing with it
I am autistic and I can tell you the secret for all health including teeth health is 100% preventative
This means, flossing, tongue scraping and brushing, 2 times a day, with an SLS-free toothpaste, and go to the dentist once every 6 months so any minor issues can be immediately addressed before they become major issues.

my tooth was fricked at the gum line. Mega sensitive. I got recd sensodyne repair and protect toothpaste. It has to be that one specifically. It has some shit in it called novamin which is patented and they pulled it out of American toothpastes for whatever reason. If you're UK it's in literally every supermarket. Novamin apparently turns into a sort of glass when it mixed with your spit. This fills the holes in your teeth at least temporarily which allegedly created a barrier and allows them to heal. I've been using it for 3 weeks or so and it's worked, very well. Not sure if you've got some black tooth mega cavity like an actual hole but werks for me and I thought my tooth was fricked
Dentists usually are filling cavities with dental cement. If you get your hands on some of that, you could theoretically do it yourself

hydrogen peroxide as mouthwash, and try to eat carbs less often.
Also dry fasting for new teeth.
Cut a tiny piece of gum then chew it and place it over the cavity.
Keep your mouth open and blow/inhale air and use your tongue to direct it over the gum and dry it out a little.
much obliged gents. i knew youd have some schizo shit for me. dont think i can do the dental cement thing though since its between teeth so i got no clue how id drill it out without anesthesia without fricking everything up
just live with it. chew in a way that doesn't trigger pain. I have multiple cavities that I had for over a decade at this point and we live in harmony. they even hurt less than before.
>nerves have rotted away >"they even hurt less than before!"
Your teeth are an express highway to your brain. If you start having mouth infections, they can kill you
If you are scared of the dentist from childhood experience, just note that technology has improved immensely. There is 0 pain when you get a filling now.

Lol cavities means your tooth has already has been damaged and is essentially tooth rot. You have to get it filled, otherwise it’s going to get worse and you’ll loose the tooth Don’t be stupid, anon
Dentistry is barbaric and an evil scam. Your teeth are much better without the intervention of a dentist and cavaties are reversable.
When the dentist gives you a "small filling" he permanently weakens your tooth. Before you know it he will want to replace the the filling with a large filling and eventually a root canal. Root canals are the hidden cause of many health problems and are particularly associated with heart disease and heart attacks.
Stay well away from amalgam (mercury) fillings as well.

>NanoHydroxyapatite paste
This is the key right here OP. Buy the Japanese stuff on Amazon, stop using fluoride, use this instead. >fluoride essentially cancels out the hydroxyapatite; gotta choose one or the other
the Japanese stuff? this is the first option when i search Japanese NanoHydroxyapatite paste
https://www.amazon.com/Bioniq-Classic-Biomimetic-Toothpaste-Hydroxyapatite/dp/B0BFFZ6Y3J/ref=sr_1_4?tag=ganker-20&crid=177JCNKSZVVB2&keywords=japanese+NanoHydroxyapatite+paste&qid=1691677803&s=hpc&sprefix=japanese+nanohydroxyapatite+paste%2Chpc%2C105&sr=1-4
Murica and canada has them now, probably cheaper for you and with higher nano hydroxypatite % , looks for x pur remin , boka or dr jen . You want at least 10%. The jap one I assumed apagard premio has 8% and there is another one with 10 or more iirc. Looks for "bioglass" if none available too. They kinda work well with flouride as well but some might get schizo with them. I used apagard premio but after starting the second tube my mouth has sensitivity to what I assumed was the SLS. There are also mouthwash and chewing gums with them, cant find at my 3rd world country unfortunately.
How do you know you have a cavity? And there isn't really much we can do once a cavity has formed. It's only going to get worse over time.
The best thing you can do is prevent cavities from occurring in the first place, which isn't all that hard with proper diet and hygiene
Fpbp, anon you fricked up go to the dentist before the pain forces you to

Cavities can't be fixed. You need to go to a dentist so that he can fill the cavity.
Cut a tiny piece of gum then chew it and place it over the cavity.

That's probably fine. I use Apagard M-Plus, but I've only been on it for a month or two so I can't speak to its effectiveness yet.

X-rays at most dentist offices are free. Do you really not want to go that badly? Like, at least figure out what the problem is.
Swish whiskey around the dead tooth.
