        I hope. I've eaten the same food whole week except yesterday I ate approximately 500 kcal worth of french fries. I should still be 500kcal on deficit, as I'm eating around 2000 kcals per day while my daily expenditure is around 3000

    there's seriously no point 'lean bulking' or any of that crap until you're 220+, pretty much everyone can get up there with almost no negative effects. messing around at low bodyweights is such a waste of time and effort
