Thinking about stopping going to the gym

I've been going for years now but I think it might be time to stop soon. It just doesn't do it for me anymore, it's not really helping me in any way. I don't get any benefits anymore, hasn't helped me with women, money, or meeting people. I'm not getting any joy out of it anymore like I used to It also costs me about $600 a year.

So yeah after lifting for many years, on and off I admit, it might be time to finally call it quits and move on with my life, so my new year resolution was to quit the gym.

Imagine going to the gym instead of just buying home equipment for maintenance after like 2yrs of building lol

Imagine paying hundreds of dollars building a shrine to compromise in your spare bedroom. (You can never use this room again) (it will never have enough equipment)

True. I home gym and I constantly want to keep adding stuff to it. Still worth it for me at least.

I know these threads are supposed to trigger manlets/losers but if you really want to get under their skin you need to tout your success. That really gets the crabs going

For example, I'm 6ft, 220lbs and make well into the 6 figs while being under 30 years old. I'm 2/3/4/5 for reps (and I mean REP reps. I can bench 315 for 10, squat 405x6 and deadlift 485x8. OHP is lackin': 225x3). I have a kush wfh tech job, own a home and have a new frick buddy every 2-3 months. Every single trait I've listed off is an mutable characteristic (one you weren't born with) besides my age/height - this only gives context to why my income and lifts are even more respectable.

IST incels are so quick to list traits they were born with and will never brag about a trait they had to work for because, well, 99% of people here are absolute losers. And I mean bottom-of-the-barrel deadbeat brokie lazy homosexuals with shit personalities and live with their parents as adults. They don't have anything to brag about that they weren't given at birth because they lack the drive/ambition/motivation to actually work for and achieve anything that is remotely respectable and brag-worthy.

If you want to get under their skin - just remind them of this. Explain to them your own success as it reminds them how pathetic they are. A loser sourounded by losers wont feel like a loser. It's why when someone who isn't a loser pops up, they freak out and try to convince you that you are, indeed, a loser. That is the mentality of "crab-in-the-bucket" IST incels.

In that case, what happened was you saw a bunch or words and got so upset by their mere existence that you commented out of sheer frustration

I went to hot yoga instead of the gym for the past 2 months, but really the better part of the last 6 months. It’s been a great change of pace, met lots of people, and my stability and core is stronger than ever, and im more flexible then Ive ever been in my life. Gonna go lift today though!
