I've been going for years now but I think it might be time to stop soon. It just doesn't do it for me anymore, it's not really helping me in any way. I don't get any benefits, hasn't helped me with women, money, or meeting people. I'm not getting any joy out of it anymore like I used to It also costs me about $600 a year.
So yeah after lifting for many years, on and off I admit, it might be time to finally call it quits and move with my life, so my new year resolution is to quit the gym.

When was the last time you played a sport? Have you ever tried to swim regularly?
Have you ever done yoga or practiced a martial art?
If you haven't, you aren't using your body, you aren't really living. No wonder you're a depressed loser.

People act like this is black pill / demoralization post but it's not. Like you dont fricking need to lift. I dont know how else to say it. If I look at hundreds / thousands of my friends / people I know, there is no correlation with lifting and success. Or well actually there is, it's mostly losers / insecure / ugly people who lift. People who dont have friends and arent content with their life. Usually they also have lower education / worse paying jobs etc.
You absolutely do not get women, money or friends at the gym. Gyms have the highest contentration of incels while just regular normie rizz dyels are banging hot ig chicks. Now lifting isnt bad if you have other priorities in check in your life. I would put lifting on the backburner just train full body 1-2x a week and or try to build a home gym and make it even more convenient. Dont make it your personality / hobby.

I go to the gym to blast music into my ears as I lift weights aggressively. Whatever comes out of that I don't care, i get enjoyment from the act. I bet you're a b***h who looks around at the gym in search of people who might be looking at you, you self conscious homosexual. Get the frick out of the gym, you don't belong there.
