Set up in cable machine with 2 accessories: The Ez bar and rope attachments. Set the weight at a low level that you'll be able to complete all reps, this will humble you. 20-30lbs will work first time, guage from there.
Do 2 exercises with the Ez bar, then switch to rope for last 3. Strict form only, bending at the elbows. You'll get sloppy at the end though. No more than a few seconds between each exercise/switching the attachment. No more than 3 minutes between full sets. After you do 5 sets, 500 reps total, you're done. That's all for tri's that day.
