        Another one falls for the powerlifter meme. Those lifts don't target the triceps well for most people. Add isolation work for sets of 8-12 and attack them with the same intensity that you would a compound lift. Your triceps will get much bigger

        Those are quite indirect indicators of big triceps. That's like expecting big quads from deadlifting 405. Get up to 185 on smith machine JM Press for reps and see if they're still small

          also alternate between low and high rep ranges. Triceps will grow if you really blast then with 8-12 reps on pushdowns/extensions etc.

        Learned this one from an IFBB pro, has helped blow the arms up over the years. High volume chads WYA?

        Armageddon. 5 exercises, 20 reps for 100 total reps per set.
        Set up in cable machine with 2 accessories: The Ez bar and rope attachments. Set the weight at a low level that you'll be able to complete all reps, this will humble you. 20-30lbs will work first time, guage from there.
        Do 2 exercises with the Ez bar, then switch to rope for last 3. Strict form only, bending at the elbows. You'll get sloppy at the end though. No more than a few seconds between each exercise/switching the attachment. No more than 3 minutes between full sets. After you do 5 sets, 500 reps total, you're done. That's all for tri's that day.

        20xdownward tricep extensions with rope, bringing hands to your side
        Exercise 2
        20xdownward tricep cable extensions with rope, hands together in front
        Exercise 3
        20xdownward tricep cable extensions with ez bar, underhand grip
        Exercise 4
        20xdownward tricep cable extensions with ez bar, overhand grip
        Exercise 5
        20xoverhead tricep cable extensions with rope, any way you can get them done.
