T is not falling, time-based, for individuals, T is falling at a population level
The principal symptom is not low testosterone in healthy adults, the principal symptom is disrupted sex differentiation in utero
the causes are:
>low testosterone exposure from the mother in utero
>estrogenic compounds that the mother is exposed to in utero
>medications taken in utero by the mother that mimic estrogen or disrupt the endocrine system
>gestational diabetes, thyroid disorders, etc that disrupt the gestational environment
>poor genetics of the father
>poor genetic agreement between mother and father
For the first three, if you are delivered with an anogenital distance below the median, you're basically fricked from the start because regardless of what you do, your sperm count and natural T levels and AR activity will be fricked
For the fourth, you'll probably be delivered underweight and remain metabolically dysregulated throughout your life
For the fifth, you could argue that this is related to shitty female mate preference, but principally an overwhelming proportion of the world population is fathered by worthless drones

If you've got plenty of chest hair, a beard, wide shoulders, and MPB, there's an overwhelming likelihood that if you have low T symptoms, you're probably poisoning yourself in some way other than with estrogens. luckily we can see exactly what happens when healthy adult males are given progressively higher levels of estrogens because of our honored trannies' sacrifice.
No one with hairy, oily, thick skin and normal secondary sex characteristics has low T - even if your test levels are <300, your androgen receptor activity is probably an order of magnitude higher than the rest of the population's if you're walking around with a long taint, chest hair, and a beard.
So what should one do if they have low test levels, but broad shoulders, hairy oily skin, ability to grow an ok beard, and a long taint?
You dont need fitness gurus, YouTube ecelebs, diets, books, and any of this meme nonsense if you just eat whole foods. Meat, fruit, veggies, etc.
While that works, sports and nutrition science has come a long way over the past 100 years, and you can definitely optimize.
For example the British Journal of Sports medicine found in recent years that source of protein and time of intake doesn't really matter in terms of building muscle mass. There's no reason to chug down a 20oz protein shake right before a workout. You could go home after the gym and do it and it wouldn't make any difference.
