>this diet may work for me but it doesnt have to work for you!

>this diet may work for me but it doesnt have to work for you! you have to find whats best for you!
Shut the frick up this viewpoint makes no fricking sense. We are all humans, if a certain diet works for someone it should work for everyone.
And if someone reports that a certain diet made them feel terrible while someone says it made them feel amazing, that doesnt mean "every body is different", it means someone is either fricking lying or completely delusional.

Coincidentially always around the same foods (peanuts, grains)
      Hmmmm...
Same shit with gluten intolerance. EVERYONE has a gluten intolerance but some handle it better than others, that doesn't change the fact that gluten is terrible for everybody.

Part of the reason why nutrition is so complex and people keep flinging from fad diet to fad diet is because we're not all le humans. Your gut biome is unique, your endocrine system is unique, your immune system is unique (hence allergies, inflammation, intolerance experienced by some but not others), finally your lifestyle is unique.

For millions of years nutrition was figured out. It's only in the past 10k years that it became "debatable". And in the past 200 years that it became "complex"

Exactly. Our ancestors ate mostly healthy fats and meat, no GMO wheat and infected "fruit". It's that simple y'all.

i dont care about le epic racism (everyone is racist btw, dont think it makes you special)
the fact is every single race had a decrease in health when they switched from an animal based diet to the grain based diet that most western countries have, while they were very healthy before
