    Actually the same for Sulek. He just hits muscle groups hard, does half reps, ego lifts, no consistency in form or routine, and is still huge.

        sorry bro, that's always been the case. routine is irrelevant unless you are training for something specific or are near maximum genetic potential. the only thing that matters is your effort in the workout. whether it's low volume, high volume, short, long, bum frick meme routine with machines, as long as you are pushing yourself you will get results.

          Seriously, I’ve been lifting for 2 years now and I don’t have a set routine, I just try to hit each muscle group as hard as I can twice a week and I’m pretty happy with my physique. My diet is pretty decent, but I’ve always been skinny I never have to worry about getting fat so I don’t count calories or anything. Just having good genes is such a huge factor in how good you look from lifting

      ive run cycles in the past and am completely honest with people about their effect. Working out can get you a good body, make you feel good, etc, but if you want a certain "look" it's AAS or nothing

          I believe it is achievable natty. But it would require 5-7years of doing everything right, having decent genetics and not being too old.

          >cutting/bulking appropriately (no dirty bulk)
          >absolutely no alcohol
          >Continually pushing yourself during your workouts

          Alex is honestly not too big, and not as strong as he looks. He's just very lean which makes him look better online. Maintaining such a low body fat year round is insanely hard natty, and not healthy .

    You don't need a routine if you eat enough, go hard and are consistent.

    Going to the gym is not rocket science, you can feel your way through workout.

    Kinda true, but you can say the same thing about genetics. Some guys look pretty damn good for a natty after 1 or 2 years of training like a moron, while other's have trained for 6 years with an optimal routine and diet, and still look like shit.

    If you wanna have a truly good physique, you need both the genetics and the roids.

    How hard you train or how scientifically based your training is, matters surprisingly little. There will always be some moron who has better genetics than you who has no clue what he's doing, yet looks 10 times better.
