This guy will be the next zyzz

When this man dies before age 40 due to early use of PEDs, everyone will act like what will happen to Zyzz and Rich Piana. Generations of fitness enthusiasts will remember keep talking about the achievements he had in life for years to come. Although in my opinion in that hypothetical death his legacy will be more like Rich Piana

He can’t be zyzz. The origin myth is totally different. Sam just showed up suddenly with billions of subscribers being buff as frick.

Zyzz exists because he embodied what every skinny nerd wishes would happen to him:
    >started skinny as shit, lookin like a toothpick dork
    >started lifting and got bigger
    >became cool because of it, learned to dance
    >became popular and started being good with girls

Zyzz represents the little fantasy inside every skinny dweeb’s brain that they can outshine everyone and get all the pretty girls

He wasn’t virgin by choice. Which is confirmed by what happened when he finally got access to women. Being an incel (virgin NOT by choice) is the same as being not a virgin. Because your intentions are the same; you still commit adultery with your eyes and your hands

I want some too. I just do MDMA and waddle around but it's something I'd like to get good at and the potential is infinite. Most guys don't dare as much as bop their head, a fit guy who's good at dancing should get a high score at the nightclub

there's something that feels so strange about sam.
with zyzz and rich, they were such flashy and in your face characters and that loud motivation inspired so many people to get into lifting and keep going. zyzz being an icon of 2000s era piss filter videos of getting pussy and partying all the time and rich with his sponsored 4 SCOOPS CMON promotions while although disingenuous, were memeable and motivational.
but sam is none of that. he's just a zoomer, completely dead in the eyes and awkward. he does nothing but lift, he doesnt seem to have any motives outside of content creation for lifting. he has this cadence to him that is similar to an adhd kid completely zombified on ritalin.
IST as a whole just doesnt seem to feel the same anymore. there's no hype or memes or over the top motivation. its just, "there is no point, life is meaningless, just take steroids"
and i think sam's character reflects that current sentiment

Correct he's just famous because of the algo, without it no one would are about his rants and badly executed lifts. There is nothing appealing about him, even his "realness" is carefully manufacturered just like his "personality" and his identical wardrobe whatever the situation. But zoomers lap that shit up geniunly believing he's authentic, unlike all the other fitness personas they have revered in thr past and turned their back on them every 6 months

He tore his pec last night being a moron at planet fitness.

    >Arm day
    >Shoulder day
    >No rest days
    >Eats 12 donuts
    >Goes to planet fitness to do 4pl8 incline
    >Fricks his shit up

Don't lift like Sam unless you are on gear kids. Take 1-2 rest days a week and control the weights instead of throwing them around like a moronic homosexual.

      Anonymous

It didn’t really seem that severe. I doubt he tore it. Probably just pull. Part of the game, especially when you’re that strong

        Anonymous

he doesnt rest and recover properly he just thinks blasting more gear and eating donuts is all the recovery he needs. he doesn't control his reps. doing ignorant shit like this isn't "part of the game" and he even admitted he was a dumbass. why the frick would you do a shoulder day right before you did incline bench at a weight higher than you normally do "because you felt strong from the 12 donuts". goodbye 1 month of chest gains instead of just taking a rest day once a week.

as he ages these injuries from his shit routine are going to become much more common.

I agree he would do better with some rest days. However, I’ve been in the same spot as him when I first started lifting where I just loved the gym so much so I trained everyday. I never incurred serious injuries from it. Little nags here and there but like Sam often says, I would have rather pushed too hard then been a pussy and not pushed hard enough. He’s only 21 he’ll figure out better ways to train. I doubt this little pec twinge is going to be a big deal.

            Anonymous

you dont get a "little twinge" at 4pl8 incline. dude is going to set himself back for weeks/months trying to ego lift. it would be different if this was 1980 or some shit and no one knew what the frick they were doing but everyone with decades of experience knows that the most important thing is staying healthy. typical 21 year old that thinks he knows better than anyone else how to do things right and will just repeatedly hurt himself for years until he finally is like "wow maybe i should take rest days and control my lifts".

you will be able to see the bruising in tonights video as the guy just adds another workout to replace chest instead of ever resting.

hurting yourself in the gym isn't "going hard" its being a dumbass.

              Anonymous

I seriously doubt there will be any bruising as there wasn’t any last night over an hour after the injury when he did his pose down.

You’re over dramatizing what happened and you have an idea in your head that lifting is a lot more dangerous than it is. Look up injury rates per hour compared to other sports. Lifting has one of the lowest injury rates of any sports. Soccer is more dangerous. In addition to that, most of the injuries that do happen resolve on their own in a few weeks.

Ngl bro but you seem like you’re a total novice

im a boomer in his 30s now. i lifted like a moron in my 20s and paid for it with various injuries. the worst was a shoulder dislocation while incline dumbbell pressing a weight i had never done before with my friends "bro i gotchuu ill spot you you got this bro". its too simple just to not act like a homosexual and hurt yourself and teaching the zoomer DYEL kids not on roids to do 7x/week workouts with bad form is hilariously moronic. young kids like to feel strong and throw the weight around but everyone has known for fricking decades that this is a moronic way to workout. instead of learning anything from his predecessors sam likes to pretend he knows it all already and his shit form moronic jerking partial reps on weights he cant even control are going somehow the best way to go about it.

its also pretty obvious you have never fought or had any significant injuries dude because the bruising takes quite a while to set in.

                Anonymous

Like I said I agree with you. His training could be better. But I don’t really think it’s that big of a deal, especially at 21. I don’t really feel like he acts like he knows it all either. He’s always making little tweaks to his training to try to improve it like how he’s moved from his 11 sets per body part down to 6-8 that he does now. I think you’re giving him too much credit

I’m a paramedic bud I see injuries on a daily basis. If there was any significant trauma it would have started to set in within an hour. But there was none noted. If he has any bruising tonight feel free to come tell me I was wrong but I can guarantee he won’t.

                Anonymous

respect for being a paramedic. i worked ems for a while and noped the frick out of that quick when i realized it was just moving around fat and mentally ill people all day covered in shit.

anyways you can see the tear last night its pretty significant. he definitely goofed. he should go back to doing 12+ sets at significantly lower weights/higher reps and focus on controlling the fricking weights.

                Anonymous

Hahahahaha accurate description of EMS. 99% moronic, 1% legit serious stuff

I hadn’t noticed that watching on my phone last night, you may be right. I agree with you that he can definitely train better and I think he’ll get there eventually. Especially since he has a guy like fouad helping him. So hopefully if this is serious he learns from it

He needs to just get with someone like Dr. Mike and relearn how to lift. The "lift as much as possible and jerk and twist all you need to get the weight up" is so fricking bad for anyone considering a future beyond 25.
