I was thinking of moving to the delray area. Rent still isn’t great but it would be more affordable than my current area, while oddly being a bit nicer. Like if in my area it’s rare to find a not in the middle of the hood studio/efficiency for $1500 minimum, what I’m seeing in the delray area is it’s not uncommon to find 1:1’s for $1000-$1500 that are in okayish areas.
Of course, there’s always the chance that I would run into this guy
