Seriously what the frick >looks like he spray tans just his head >got gyno in second pic bad >gone in third pic, but his neck shortened >legs atrophied >somehow looks gayer and angrier in each pic
If you train like a b***h and eat like a twink. Hell even if he cut or ate at maintenance for 2 years, he could be putting on way more size in that amount of time
I made more progress in 3.5 months then him in 2 years. I cut hard from March, then started bulking right after the 2nd pic in June
6'4 185 in the last pic
In order:
April 14th, June 3rd, July 31st
Just Kre-alkalyn creatine monohydrate, multivitamins, and a shit ton of protein/try to be low carb
nice progress anon, but the less muscle you have, the easier it is to build. It also looks like you might have a pump in your picture, which will make your progress look better than it is.
That's true but less muscle also applies to OPs pic. I am definitely pumped in pic 2 and 3 tho to be fair, you're right
You started with subtantial muscle already, very different from starting with nothing and getting shat on by small weights and getting to grips with gym sessions.
Also something's up, you didn't do that in three months without roids. If that's your progress after 3 months what's your progress after six months? In two years with roids you'd be literally Chris Bumstead. Why do you need to lie to random strangers online? Another thing is, you may have been on a bulk and then cut and lost muscle while you cut, then regained much of that muscle you had lost as well as adding some more.
You're a fool bro.
>You're a fool bro.
Just to let you know I added this after I looked at the watches and underwear again.
I have been working out on and off on weekends for years but started going hard again only in April so idk about 'substantial'. >In two years with roids you'd be literally Chris Bumstead
Both of my parents were colligate athletes and I've never been horribly out of shape so that probably helps but I don't know about Cbum level >>You're a fool bro. >Just to let you know I added this after I looked at the watches and underwear again.
Poorgay cope

You gain muscle AND fat then cut the fat and start over. This has always been the formula. You cannot put on real muscle if you are worried about getting fat. Your body needs to be in a surplus the whole time. Fat will inevitably be gained.
The average lifter gains 10lbs of muscle in their first year of dedicated training and dieting, and less than that in the 2nd year. With poor genetics you might only gain 5lbs of muscle with the same training and diet, with good genetics you could gain 15lbs. Outliers are non-responders and genetically gifted people who gain 20+lbs of muscle. There can be a significant difference in progress even in the normal range of muscle building capability.
I know what's going on in this picture.
16 year old kid starts doing calisthenics.
And then 2 years later he looks just toned
It's not that it's okay to start lifting heavy when you're still growing up. But I think he can start lifting now instead of just doing pull-ups and push-ups. Doing squats is also a must.
Yeah this is kind of normal as the first year is a steep learning curve for working out your best nutrition for muscle growth and finding exercises/a routine that work best for you. At least he didn’t dreamer bulk in his first year
I've been lifting for 6 months and look like #2, but with slightly more chest and arms. How do I avoid ending up like #3 in 18 months? Bulk more and more volume?
Yeah, that's looking good. He's not a fat frick and stayed within a healthy body fat range the entire time and never did unhealthy bulking and cutting.
Completely normal and healthy progress.
You need le feeder workouts bro
I bet you're much bigger but dont really get a pump anymore
At the very least, that's what happened to me, after a while I just stopped getting a pump
What the frick
I know you're not seeing much progress but holy frick anon, calm your face down, quit looking so frickin pissed off
He should be pissed. He just starved himself and wasted two years of his life to put on like a half a pound of muscle.
Shut up you stupid Black person.
absolutely no leg progress but his upper body progress looks fine
He looks increasingly angry. I'd be angry too if that's all I got out of lifting for 2 years.
Seriously what the frick
>looks like he spray tans just his head
>got gyno in second pic bad
>gone in third pic, but his neck shortened
>legs atrophied
>somehow looks gayer and angrier in each pic
That middle pic lol looks like a third of his height is just head length kek!
Good on gaining the mass, balances out things alot.
Pretty normal for 2 years.
If you train like a b***h and eat like a twink. Hell even if he cut or ate at maintenance for 2 years, he could be putting on way more size in that amount of time
Post your 2 year progress please
The bulk alone should take like three years. You don't make significant progress in two years as a natty, especially if you are trying to stay lean.

I would kill myself
Pretty normal progress for 2 years.
Anyone who says otherwise is either a roidtroony or a manlet.
Or an eater
But he is a manlet.
i have more progress in 6months than this mutt
This is 'normal' if you go uber normie gym goer mode, 1-2 days a week
>Pretty normal progress for 2 years.
Anyone who says otherwise is either a roidtroony or a manlet.
Option 3, they are LARPing. The vast majority of IST posts are basically ChatGPT posts. Anons want to pretend they are body building chads.
Good progress op. Maybe went a little too hard on the cut lol, but better to over do it than under do it.
Well he fricked up
Nice improvement, but what's up with the hair? How does a white man have an afro?
>white man
you have got to be fricking kidding
you have got to be fricking kidding
His skin is white though
>flapping ears
>fleshy lips
>big meaty nose
>afro
>white
American?
No eat = no gains
It's literally that simple
how do you eat enough to gain muscles but not fat?
You gain muscle AND fat then cut the fat and start over. This has always been the formula. You cannot put on real muscle if you are worried about getting fat. Your body needs to be in a surplus the whole time. Fat will inevitably be gained.
>This has always been the formula
No one did this in the 50's -70's.
t. dumb fricking idiot moron dyel homosexual Black person moron
If you want to gain muscle, you're going to have to gain a bit of fat. If you want to lose fat, you're going to have to lose a bit of muscle.
It's certainly physiologically possible to circumvent it by going really slowly, but it's horribly inefficient and you'll be wasting your time
Beavis and butthead.
What the frick are they putting in food that this is a 2 year old
Dont quit your day job
Pretty good for 2 years. Anyone talking shit obviously looks worse and is seething.
Something is odd. why do you look like a Black person?
No offense, im being honest.
That's good. Not fantastic, but good, above average and realistic progress you can make without extreme investment.
Anyone hating is being silly
Why is he so angry looking now. Also look at this calves hahahahahahah
>Why is he so angry looking now
Because he made so little progress in 2 years
This board has been absolutely mind fricked by all the roidtrannies.
He looks like shit
what a fricken gremlin

very reddit opinon
Facts aren't opinion.
sweaty
You look like that smooth faced chud wojack.
Why even bother. Is there anything he could have done
I know what's going on in this picture.

My condolences

OP btfo... this isn't instagram lmao never post your face here
Yep, classic mutt face.
you just know he took off the glasses for the pic
I'd bet my life on it
Yeah this is kind of normal as the first year is a steep learning curve for working out your best nutrition for muscle growth and finding exercises/a routine that work best for you. At least he didn’t dreamer bulk in his first year
Is this guy considered to be black or white in america? He looks very white passing, would the one drop rule apply to him?
he looks like castizo
>Is this guy considered to be black or white in america?
No.
Dude I loved Maze Runner, hope Adam Warlock all goes well
brutal
do it in 2 months on cycle
I've been lifting for 6 months and look like #2, but with slightly more chest and arms. How do I avoid ending up like #3 in 18 months? Bulk more and more volume?
He's afraid to gain fat, or unintentionally under eating. If he wants to stay lean thats fine but slow progress
Gaining muscle too fast is bad though as you get stretch marks which are permanent
This is 2 years progress on calisthenics and eating at maintenance.
It's good if you want to be athletic and efficient, maybe you just need a bit more legs work. gj and gl
Eat moar
I went from left to right within 4 months
if you dont wanna be a fat piece of shit this is 100% natural progress. everyone saying he got no gains literally doesent even work out.
He didn’t get any taller, no gains easy as.
Eat more and keep going
When you say 2 years do you mean going to the gym once a month?
Yeah, that's looking good. He's not a fat frick and stayed within a healthy body fat range the entire time and never did unhealthy bulking and cutting.
Completely normal and healthy progress.
I bet you're fat huh. And to you anything that isn't 'fat' is good. Get higher standards.
>tfw skipped leg day
You need le feeder workouts bro

Looks like you've been overtraining.
why cant you do cardio to burn the extra calories during a bulk?
Was Hitler right?
