This is a message to all of my skinny (under 200lbs) bros out there:

You cannot make progress if you do not eat enough food. You cannot get bigger or stronger if you don't give your body the resources it needs to grow.

EAT MORE FOOD GODDAMIT!

It doesn't matter how hard you train, what supplements you take, what steroids you take, etc. In order for your body to grow, it needs food. It's literally that simple.

>but OP, I already eat so much!
Shut the frick up and eat more. Everyone knows you are lying, just like everyone knows fatties who claim to eat so little are lying. I know for a fact that if I stalked you all day and kept track of everything you eat, it would be some pathetic pussy amount of food. Eat more.
>but I eat whatever I want and I'm still skinny
Then force yourself to eat more pussy
>but if I eat more I will feel sick
EAT MORE. EAT EAT EAT! WHAT ARE YOU NOT GETTING?

I am so fricking sick and tired of all these lanklet losers complaining that they are skinny and weak, but instead of doing what is necessary to fix that they pretend like they can do something by lifting weight or taking gear or whatever.

YOU HAVE TO EAT FOOD GODDAMIT! THAT IS HOW YOU GET BIG AND STRONG GODDAMIT.

EAT!!!!!

I started doing that a few months ago, upper chest was really lacking

BTW we don't need to see you with your shirt off. Nobody is going to see you shirtless. People will take note of your overall larger size in clothes and give you due respect.

I do like looking good without a short though, that's why I lost a bunch of fat since then

You won’t get fat unless you eat way too much and don’t train, or train very poorly.
You can gain mass and never go above 15% body fat if you know what you’re doing.

The average guy will take his shirt off in front of people at most once a year. Having defined abs is a complete waste 99.99% of the time. What matters is how you look when you are wearing clothes, which is the only way most people will ever see you.

If you are worried about something this stupid, weight training is not for you. Go become a gay stripper or whatever the frick you do with a toned physique like that.

It makes more sense to be bigger and look better in clothes than to chase sharp abs.
Not everyone values having abz as much as you do, and you value it to the detriment of looking better more often.

As a healthy, athletic and muscular male having a six pack will always be better than not having one. You can't really argue against this.

Don't blame the sugar industries. Harvard makes up shit on its own. They've always hated animal food products for their own weird puritanical reasons.

Idk why you insist on spouting shit that can be disproved. John Hickson and or 3 other guys were paid 50k for bogus studies to promote sugar and perpetuate lies about animal fat. And I never said I place the blame squarely on them

dude if you call that fat then I just know you have the Alex eubank psychosis. You'll "bulk" for 1 month lose your leaness and immediately feel like you are 25% bodyfat, cutting again and losing all progress and not gonna get big.
