Honestly not bad. Only nitpick is pull ups + lat pull downs seems redundant. Rather just go harder on pull ups and drop the lat pull downs. Hate seated cable rows too so I'd probably swap to a seal row.
Its actually fairly bad the more you look at it. As a bench press specialist I have a problem when people train like this. If you are doing bench press, you dont need to do incline dumbbell press the same day. Or at all. I bench press 140kg at 74kg in competitions. The obsession with isolation and "upper pecs" is delusional. Every single person who benches heavy, has big breasts. Its literally that simple. Nobody is lacking. Its like doing barbell squats and then doing hack squats after. No you dont fricking need it. Your training sucked if you can get something out of the latter exercise. Then you have dips and tricep pushdowns. Okay? Where's the skullcrusher/overhead extension? Drop one of them and add one of the latter.
Two rows is pointless, just pick one, t-bar row, seal row and yeah again pick one pull-up or lat pulldown. Hammer and normal curl is fine but not the biggest fan either. if you ABxABxx or something like that I would just alternate between them do hammer A then normal B. Obviously this is just a terrible routine all around since its not even upper lower but yeah. Pointless repetition, just your typical sandbagging training, no shit the average guy spins their wheels and doesnt make any gains. Nobody trains with serious intent with their lifts. Like again if I do fricking one row movement, im not getting anything out of doing another. Its fricking pointless. I used the appropriate weight and rep scheme for the first one already
What's the point of separating pull and push exercises, especially when certain exercises target the same muscle groups? Seems kind of pointless to me.
Pullup before row. Pullup doubles as a warmup for your back, biceps, and forearms. Face pull goes after all rows and curls. Supinated grip curls goes before hammer curls.
Incline dumbbell press goes after bench press and before dips.
+you need to take steroids and have estonian blood
How much estonian blood are we talking about here? And what is the daily dose?
Lifts for white skin?

he is a charlatan
>on cycle vs off cycle

post body
hahaha.
Until I started training incline bench I had no idea how to activate my pecs because they were too small.
>seal row
i wanna try this but how would i do it at the commercial gym? they have rackpulls and so on but seal rows seem to need specific bench for it

I mean yea, you literally listed exercises for the entire upper body. You forgot crunches for the abs, but yea.
literally my routine!
To look gay?
