If that is you then I think you have very good genetics, you're also what, like 20 years old? I'm 31 and it's much much harder to achieve that look at this age.

I started going to the gym like 3 years ago but did a lot of dicking around. Would sometimes go for 5 months straight then not going for 2 months etc. Very inconsistent. I've been going consistently for about a year.

What's wrong with that program for the push/pull portion of a PPL? I don't skip legs but for push/pull days those exercises seem fine.

A program is more than a list of exercises. Where are the sets, reps, progression? Is there a deload? It goes deeper than that the more advanced you get.

Well in my case it's 3-4 sets and 3-5 reps for compounds on some days and 8-12 for just about everything on other days, with 15+ reps for face pulls and lateral raises.
I don't program deloads because I don't see the point. Chances are I'm going to get a cold at some point and take a week off anyway.
