This is everything I put into my body. 100% of it is sourced from Walmart. I think it's very healthy, but my girlfriend says eating cheap foods is going to make me fat and kill me early.
What does fit say?

body fortress is not only low quality but that shit expensive too why.
5 lb tub of ON vanilla ice cream flavor from Amazon is like $60
Also eating store brand foods makes NPCs heads explode
I read some study that did an analysis on like 50 popular brands of whey, and Body Fortress consistently came out on top in terms of purity. Many big brands have heavy metal contamination. Also have heard the theory that Walmart shit is often very high quality, because it would be financial suicide to lose a contract with Walmart over cutting corners or allowing impurities. Seem to recall hearing the same about Equate brand vitamins, but I don't know. Maybe I'm just a Walmart shill.
Equate is good. Walmart has been decent on most things
A typical day, the meals sometimes change, but always use the same list of ingredients.
Breakfast: egg fried rice, and whey
Lunch: peanuts, cheddar cheese, baby carrots, raisins
Dinner: grilled chicken or salmon, with sauteed peppers and onions, hashbrowns and spinach
Snack: greek yogurt and fruit
Is sourcing all of my fruits and vegetables from frozen a bad thing? I've been eating this same list of foods for a while and the doctor says my blood work looks great and to keep doing what I'm doing.
Most of her bougie food is packed in plastic too when it gets to the factory before they put it whatever "upscale" packaging her brands use. It gets resold from the same handful of distributors. I hope she knows that. Your food choices look fine dude. Juice is questionable but the rest looks fine
It's my one real indulgence. I pour 10oz of that juice and two liters of ice water into my big stainless steel sippin' growler every morning.
That's not bad at all then. Keep it up
You should eat pasture raised eggs and stop eating vegetables since they have no nutrients and only antinutrients and toxins. Fill the rest of your diet with milk and meat.
Also those supplements you chose are pure goyslop and toxins except for maybe the D3. Fiber supplement will just clog you up and cause digestive distress, the multivitamins and zinc are probably the lowest quality, not bioavailable. Look for "oxide" on the label and you know it's pure toxin.
I'm barely convinced I should be buying these. I'm definitely not spending more on top shelf ones. Just a cheap hedge bet on longevity.
>fiber will clog you up
What the frick? Where did you hear this fricking utter bullshit?
It's true.
Shop at kroger.
You can buy all the same brands but it's more expensive so it's better for you.
Like capitalism offers any choice in variety.
Would get fresh veggies too. Frozen are convenient as frick obviously but I only keep them for emergencies.
I don't think there's any real difference insofar as nutrition is concerned. Is there?
Both have very little nutritional value and plenty of pesticides. You can get all the nutrients you think you're getting here from eggs and meat and be better off for it.
Buy high quality D3 and magnesium zinc on Amazon. I've never found anything worth buying at Walmart as far as supplements.
For magnesium you can follow this guide https://youtu.be/hIAsSAgTRb4
For zinc avoid zinc oxide.
Fiber is literally indigestible you idiot. If you didn't eat so much undigestible shit you wouldn't have such a hard time shitting and thing you need fiber to move it along. I eat ZERO vegetables, mostly eggs and milk and have perfect digestion and zero gas and zero fatigue. I'm trying to help here, but you can take my advice or ignore it at your own peril. I'm 6'3" 205lbs 13% bf by the way so I'm bigger and more shredded than you.
You think vegetables are bad for you? I'm just going to quit reading there.
Yes. Modern vegetables contain very few nutrients, have poor bioavailability, and are covered in pesticides. Certain ones like broccoli are especially bad for you. For what reason are you eating vegetables exactly? For nutrients? You know you'd have an easier time getting all the nutrients from meat and eggs and be much healthier right?
I wouldn't go on a meat and egg only diet if it made your dick grow 3 inches, I'd rather kill myself.
>Modern vegetables and are covered in pesticides
that's why you wash them moron. Also all the Black folk licking food now and putting it back
You can't wash antinutrients off vegetables, even if washing was 100% effective at cleaning off pesticides.
Eggs have every nutrient except vitamin C.
They make my LDL go up, so I limit them. Stays within normal range when I only eat a couple per week. Sucks because I love omelettes. Especially with lots of my frozen peppers and spinach.
>I'm 6'3" 205lbs 13% bf by the way so I'm bigger and more shredded than you.

Thanks for reminding me why I left this place. OP asked for advice, this isn't about me. I spent my own time dropping the knowledge bomb for free. I won't be wasting any more of my time because I don't take pictures of myself like a social media addict.
I'm sorry to hear that. Yes your breads are covered in the same pesticides as vegetables because they cover all the grains in it. I eat grains and seed oils occasionally, but not daily, because sometimes you have to be a normal human and eat out.
>claims he's big for credibility
>doesn't want to prove it
I regret making any claims but unfortunately no one accepts advice without it. Everything I've said is provable with your own research. If you don't like eating vegetables this is your signal to stop and eat more eggs.

Anyone suggesting you stop eating vegetables is a total nutcase.
Take your meds, knowledgebomber
>fiber constipates you
>i eat zero vegetables
>multivitamins are not bioavalable
Jesus mate. You might be the dumbest fricking person on this board. An outstanding accomplishment

I've always assumed frozen vegs lost some "nutrients" somewhere down the line but apparently that's not the case.
https://www.sciencedirect.com/science/article/abs/pii/S0889157517300418
I'm gonna trust my gut feeling rather than LE SCIENCE on this one. In season vegs are cheaper than frozen too.
Also yes: vegs, particularly leafy greens and some tubers, don't want us to eat them and are toxic to some degree or another. It all works out at the end for us due to hormesis and shit though.
Sounds schizo as frick but it's true.
How do you homosexuals account for the billions of potatoes consumed by healthy humans? You yourself have almost definitely ate thousands of potatoes by now.
I shop exclusively at wallyworld and great value brand kicks ass. can't beat the price, lots of great simple ingredient generic products. freah veg too. they sell 64oz natural creamy pb for 3.50. that's hard to beat
sometimes I buy their peanut butter instead of peanuts, then dip my carrots in it.
Walmart is good. I have a buddy who thinks it's only for poor people - he exclusively buys groceries at Target and Whole Foods, and probably pays 5x what I do. If you don't shop at Walmart you're an idiot.
I dunno about the mango juice or raisins but it looks good otherwise
>raisins
for iodine content. this whole thing is basically a modified version of efferding's "vertical diet" that i've changed to faciliate cutting. he suggests some special cold-pressed cranberry meme juice, but I'm not paying those prices so I just eat prunes and raisins instead.
>Efferding's Vertical diet
>0 red meat
just short term until I reach 15% BF
yeah, but I typically ignore the high fodmap exclusions if they don't give me any digestive issues. i basically don't exclude any herbs, spices fruits or vegetables, but mainly stick to the potatoes, peppers, carrots, spinach, and citrus he suggests.
isn't garlic specifically excluded on the vertical diet?
i agree that walmart is severely underrated as a grocery store and i also primarily shop there, but body fortress just tastes like shit, c'mon
pic rel is my bread and butter
based.
I just mix it with like 6 ounces of water and slam it like a shot of liquor, so I don't give a shit about taste, but I probably should shop elsewhere and save some money
how the hell are you planning to eat all that beef before it goes bad?
In America white man have magic machine that make winter for food
do americans freeze meat?.....
If it's not going to be consumed within a few days, yes?
hahahaha incredible
if I could only afford to eat a pound of meat per week id shudder at the thought of freezing it too
i eat 600grams per day then marrow/ghee/butter/eggs etc i just go to the butcher every couple days why not? where do you even store so much meat?
The freezer
do you not understand it is worse nutritionally, enzymatically and in flavour?
I don't understand those words, no.
What are your daily macros?
250g protein 350g carbs 40g fat atm
i'm trying a little lower fat now, in the past it was 60g
>Everything comes out of plastic
Thats the problem
Everything in glass jars was shipped to the factory it was made in.. in plastic.
You cannot avoid plastic exposure.
>Shartmart
Enjoy your Chinese imported counterfeit eggs. Seriously that's how everything is so cheap, they import the food from China and a lot of it is downright fake:
I don't think it's economical to import eggs
Eggs are good, cheese is okay, butter is good, yogurt is okay, salmon is good, chicken breasts are good.
You can get higher quality eggs, go for pasture-raised organic, if possible.
The cheese can be improved by going for harder cheeses and cheese made with raw milk, old world cheeses are good.
The butter is pretty good, but can be improved by getting a brand that doesn't adulterate the butter at all (just butter, no added lactic acid or sugar), with grass-fed being superior.
Go with kefir instead of yogurt, it's superior (in my opinion).
Salmon can be improved by getting a higher quality variety of salmon. Sockeye is great.
Chicken breasts can be improved by getting organic cage-free or pasture raised chicken breast, however it's not too important, not as important, anyway.
The rest of your food I have no thoughts on, since I don't recognize it.
>juice
sugar water
>frozens
just get it fresh don't be lazy
>fake plastic cheese
>iodized salt
frozen vegetables are generally more nutritious than fresh, that's real cheddar, and iodine is good for you.
I would throw away rice, but if you dont get fat easily Id say its solid
