body fortress is not only low quality but that shit expensive too why.
5 lb tub of ON vanilla ice cream flavor from Amazon is like $60

Also eating store brand foods makes NPCs heads explode

I read some study that did an analysis on like 50 popular brands of whey, and Body Fortress consistently came out on top in terms of purity. Many big brands have heavy metal contamination. Also have heard the theory that Walmart shit is often very high quality, because it would be financial suicide to lose a contract with Walmart over cutting corners or allowing impurities. Seem to recall hearing the same about Equate brand vitamins, but I don't know. Maybe I'm just a Walmart shill.

A typical day, the meals sometimes change, but always use the same list of ingredients.

Breakfast: egg fried rice, and whey

Lunch: peanuts, cheddar cheese, baby carrots, raisins

Dinner: grilled chicken or salmon, with sauteed peppers and onions, hashbrowns and spinach

    Snack: greek yogurt and fruit

Is sourcing all of my fruits and vegetables from frozen a bad thing? I've been eating this same list of foods for a while and the doctor says my blood work looks great and to keep doing what I'm doing.

Most of her bougie food is packed in plastic too when it gets to the factory before they put it whatever "upscale" packaging her brands use. It gets resold from the same handful of distributors. I hope she knows that. Your food choices look fine dude. Juice is questionable but the rest looks fine

You should eat pasture raised eggs and stop eating vegetables since they have no nutrients and only antinutrients and toxins. Fill the rest of your diet with milk and meat.

Also those supplements you chose are pure goyslop and toxins except for maybe the D3. Fiber supplement will just clog you up and cause digestive distress, the multivitamins and zinc are probably the lowest quality, not bioavailable. Look for "oxide" on the label and you know it's pure toxin.

I don't think there's any real difference insofar as nutrition is concerned. Is there?

        Anonymous

Both have very little nutritional value and plenty of pesticides. You can get all the nutrients you think you're getting here from eggs and meat and be better off for it.

I'm barely convinced I should be buying these. I'm definitely not spending more on top shelf ones. Just a cheap hedge bet on longevity.

Buy high quality D3 and magnesium zinc on Amazon. I've never found anything worth buying at Walmart as far as supplements.
For magnesium you can follow this guide https://youtu.be/hIAsSAgTRb4
        For zinc avoid zinc oxide.

        >fiber will clog you up

What the frick? Where did you hear this fricking utter bullshit?

Fiber is literally indigestible you idiot. If you didn't eat so much undigestible shit you wouldn't have such a hard time shitting and thing you need fiber to move it along. I eat ZERO vegetables, mostly eggs and milk and have perfect digestion and zero gas and zero fatigue. I'm trying to help here, but you can take my advice or ignore it at your own peril. Yes. Modern vegetables contain very few nutrients, have poor bioavailability, and are covered in pesticides. Certain ones like broccoli are especially bad for you. For what reason are you eating vegetables exactly? For nutrients? You know you'd have an easier time getting all the nutrients from meat and eggs and be much healthier right?

You can't wash antinutrients off vegetables, even if washing was 100% effective at cleaning off pesticides.

Anyone suggesting you stop eating vegetables is a total nutcase.

I'm sorry to hear that. Yes your breads are covered in the same pesticides as vegetables because they cover all the grains in it. I eat grains and seed oils occasionally, but not daily, because sometimes you have to be a normal human and eat out.

I've always assumed frozen vegs lost some "nutrients" somewhere down the line but apparently that's not the case.
        https://www.sciencedirect.com/science/article/abs/pii/S0889157517300418
I'm gonna trust my gut feeling rather than LE SCIENCE on this one. In season vegs are cheaper than frozen too.

Also yes: vegs, particularly leafy greens and some tubers, don't want us to eat them and are toxic to some degree or another. It all works out at the end for us due to hormesis and shit though.
Sounds schizo as frick but it's true.

yeah, but I typically ignore the high fodmap exclusions if they don't give me any digestive issues. i basically don't exclude any herbs, spices fruits or vegetables, but mainly stick to the potatoes, peppers, carrots, spinach, and citrus he suggests.

Eggs are good, cheese is okay, butter is good, yogurt is okay, salmon is good, chicken breasts are good.

You can get higher quality eggs, go for pasture-raised organic, if possible.
The cheese can be improved by going for harder cheeses and cheese made with raw milk, old world cheeses are good.
The butter is pretty good, but can be improved by getting a brand that doesn't adulterate the butter at all (just butter, no added lactic acid or sugar), with grass-fed being superior.
Go with kefir instead of yogurt, it's superior (in my opinion).
Salmon can be improved by getting a higher quality variety of salmon. Sockeye is great.
Chicken breasts can be improved by getting organic cage-free or pasture raised chicken breast, however it's not too important, not as important, anyway.

The rest of your food I have no thoughts on, since I don't recognize it.
