    Can you take a photo of your shoulders held as broad as possible? Your hunching them in the front on picture which makes them look even more narrow.

    Remove everything possible with plastic, s oy, phthalates, or tap water from your life asap. Get a pro one or other gravity water filter asap. This will remove all things that lower testosterone. Next get flax seed meal or grind it at home for cheaper. Start taking around a tbs a day or more. It will block the body from absorbing excessive estrogen.
    Next add whole egg and ashwagandha to your diet. Both boost muscle and endurance gains during work outs. Eat anything high in protein within 20 minutes after workouts to boost muscle growth. I promise once your hormones are balanced, you'll gain muscle with ease and may even think clearer.

      Your bone structure won't change from diet.
      If it was feminized from estrogens then that is done and over and you are stuck where you are.
      Start training. Make your shoulders and lats big.
      Eat good and train hard.
      A water filter might make sense depending on where you live due to general health benefits.
      There's not much more to it.
      Also flaxseeds themselves are estrogenic.

    Decent starting point. I'd say dedicate this entire year to bulking. Until December 21st I want you to gain 3 lbs every month. Go on a 2 week minicut every 4 months to lose excess fat and reset your body a bit, where you aim to lose around 3-4 lbs during the cut.
    Stick to it religiously, don't go "I'm looking fat I want to cut" Don't. Just stick to the bulk you'll thank yourself later.

    As for programming go with this template:

    Upper: Bench Press, Pull ups, Barbell Rows, Dips

    Lower: Squat, RDL, Knee extension

    Upper: OHP, Chin ups, Incline DB press, Bicep Curls

    Lower: Deadlift, Front Squat, Ham Curl

    For main movements (first exercise) do 3x5 and add 10 lbs (deadlift and squat) and 5 lbs (OHP and bench) each week.
    Deload when you can't do 3x5 anymore and go with a lower weight so you can build back up.

    As for the other movements, go with a simple double progression, basically increase reps in a rep range, say 3x6-10, when you get to 10 reps increase the weight and repeat.

    Trust me you'll be unrecognizable by 2025.
