this is so fricking embarassing. how do i lose the fat in my butt and thighs as a man? and how do i get a manlier frame? all the fat i eat goes to my thighs instead of my belly, it looks disgusting. i feel like if i cut i wont have enough fat to build muscles on the upper half of my body.

        you can't target specific locations for fat loss but you can target specific locations for muscle growth. work on your upper body, shoulders arms. do cardio to burn fat in general and the thigh/ass fat will go eventually. I'd recommend working out those areas though, because sometimes having more muscle definition helps make it look less fat even if the size is still there.

        I'm built similarly, not as bad as second pic because that's Klinefelter's tier, I just have a phat ass. Do what the other anon said, fricking blast upper body and build a solid chest, back, and shoulders and only train legs like once a month. Cardio helps a lot too.

    Lean out to 12% body fat. If issues persist, get your T and E levels checked.

    targetted fat loss is impossible, it's your body making choice on where to loose fat from.
