Yeah but no one takes their child to a doctor when they notice he doesn't hit puberty and no doctor will prescribe you testosterone in Europe period unless you're 50 and you look like a 2 year old. You need testosterone at 14 - 20. Not as a fricking adult.
Self medication is very difficult. You have to do a ton of research and source all of the gear including estrogen blockers and roids which will get you in trouble with the law, you will end up destroying your hormone balance and losing your hair, you will risk getting infections. It's not feasible. Getting a prescription is even more difficult unless you live in the US where they have specialized TRT clinics but those are very expensive.

That makes no sense. If you look 14 people willl see you as a 14 year old, you will see yourself as a 14 year old because you can't deny the truth.
