    Yes if you want to look like you have muscles you need low bodyfat. Its that simple the bar is so low. The actual lean muscle mass you need to mog and be impressive is actually really, really fricking low. If you are fat it doesnt matter if you lift 2/3/4/5 you will still look out of shape and fat in clothes. And fat without clothes.

GVS AT MOST has above average genetics, but even then, it's not by much.     People that have done 60miles weeks for a few years have elite hormonal profiles and would get big really fast if they dropped running and start lifting
