This is your chance to convert me to veganism.
Post a TASTY vegan breakfast, lunch, and dinner, and I'll be open-minded and give it a try later in the week. If I find that it's at least as tasty as my non-vegan meals and I don't feel like a rabbit chewing on paper, I'll convert, 100% serious.

I'm not even vegan, but I enjoy plant-based meals here and there:

    >breakfast
Tofu scramble with a handful of your favorite nuts.

    >lunch
Black bean spaghetti with mushrooms, tomato sauce and sprinkled with vegan cheese to taste.

    >dinner
Red lentil curry over rice or mashed potatoes.

    >extra
Pbfit and jelly sandwich with a plant based protein shake.

Stop linking abstracts you moronic Black person, link full papers instead.

The first paper only talks about that there COULD be a risk feeding INFANTS onions formula. It's really not the same as consuming onions as an adult.

            Your second link
            >We have attempted to summarize the current state of the scientific literature regarding the potential detrimental effects of onions consumption on the reproductive health of both humans and animals. Overall, there is a paucity of large-scale comprehensive clinical studies examining the potentially adverse effects of onions consumption in human reproductive health. Available studies have found either no impact or revealed only minor detrimental effects.

No evidence but my personal anecdote- I am "allergic" to dairy. It gives me a rash. What I am actually reacting to is the fact that dairy (from a lactating cow) raises my estrogen levels past a certain threshold and makes me have cystic acne on my neck and chin (hormone-related acne). I can still eat dairy, and do, but I just have to be aware of how much I've eaten and not overdue it and take breaks from it to let my skin calm down.

I was vegetarian for a few years, and although i was avoiding dairy i noticed i was still getting my rash. I ate a lot of tofu and fake meat (boca burgers, etc) and they were giving me the exact same reaction as dairy.... the body reacts to onions the same way it does estrogen.

It's a horrible day of nutrition though. Objectively, nothing would be made worse by including animal products in the day, and the benefits and increase in overall quality nutrition would be immense. The vegan diet really is just inherently inferior in terms of quality nutrition. Evidently, their standards for what constitutes a good nutritious day of eating is much lower than a meat eater.

First of all, I'm not a vegan. See my first post ITT. Second, while I enjoy vegan cheese a lot, I typically do not purchase it because the macros suck and its expensive. (I use parmesan to top of my black bean spaghetti). Last and most importantly: I don't see how this is a "gotcha." Most people go vegan for moral/ethical reasons, of course they still crave meat and cheese.

i didnt, they all said either excessive or potential, eat excessive sugar and see how your body feels. its not weird to get side effects when consuming anything in excess, even water will kill you in excess. most people who eat onions don't eat it daily so no excess for them

Overall, the results support that nutrition-relevant concentrations of PEs both alone and in mixtures possess various endocrine disrupting effects, all of which need to be considered when assessing the effects on human health.

        https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/20043267/

        Not potential. Not excessive.

Link the full article, not the abstract.
I know that you don't know this but the abstract doesn't tell the result or the conclusion, only what the study is about which is meaningless. An abstract about life in space and it's potentials doesn't mean that there is any result or conclusion that there is life in space. We all know you're moronic but please try to up your game. Link full papers or none.

An abstract is a summary, which is useful for brainlets such as yourself who dismiss hordes of scientific evidence without one shred of evidence themselves.

Several studies have been linked showing phytoestrogens as endocrine disruptors in humans. You have provided 0 evidence of their safety, only whining, name calling, and general childish responses.
A rational person would avoid so called "food" with such an uncertain (at best) safety profile.

The more you dig through pubmed, the more evidence you find that phytoestrogens are not good for you unless you are in menopause

This abstract says that too much phytoesyrogens are bad for you. Too much of anything is bad for you.

See? Still not a shred of evidence. Just an emotional outburst. Lay off the endocrine disruptors and maybe your emotional dysregulation and cognition will improve

Do you not understand how this statement is moronic?
        >not one shred of evidence that phytoestrogens don't disrupt your endocrine system.
        > that phytoestrogens don't disrupt your endocrine system.
        >don't
        >evidence

Oh no, i accidentally used the wrong verbiage.

"no evidence of its safety" or "nothing that disputes the evidence of its danger to the endocrine system"
          Happy now, moron?

          Happy now, homosexual?

Breakfast: coffee. Or oatmeal with some coconut oil, and fruit or maple syrup or whatever

Lunch: rice, beans, corn, sweet potato, cilantro, salsa, seitan chunks,,nutritional yeast, avocado, some fibrous vegetable, cholula

Dinner: pasta with lentil Bolognese sauce, cashew cream or pesto optional.

Snacks: coconut yogurt, pretzels and hummus, nuts, idk

This is what I have with my wife on a normal day but we eat local backyard eggs and some fish like deens or mackarel a few days a week. I'll have 1-3 protein shakes or mixed in my oatmeal or yogurt.

If you're not afraid of onions then you have a lot more options with various levels of processing, but if you're just loving king for a day that would work.
