This is your chance to convert me to veganism.
Post a TASTY vegan breakfast, lunch, and dinner, and I'll be open-minded and give it a try later in the week. If I find that it's at least as tasty as my non-vegan meals and I don't feel like a rabbit chewing on paper, I'll convert, 100% serious.
Guac and rice. Thai red curry style lentils is also pretty good.
Not vegan btw, was just seeing if I could complete the challenge.
1 bowl of curry powder a day
I'm not even vegan, but I enjoy plant-based meals here and there:
>breakfast
Tofu scramble with a handful of your favorite nuts.
>lunch
Black bean spaghetti with mushrooms, tomato sauce and sprinkled with vegan cheese to taste.
>dinner
Red lentil curry over rice or mashed potatoes.
>extra
Pbfit and jelly sandwich with a plant based protein shake.
>tofu
Enjoy your bioactive phytoesteogens
Ngmi
Enjoy your biased opinion
Its fact, moron. I posted peer reviewed studies showing as such.
Heres an extra study just for you
https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/19919579/
shh anon
let them think that so we have less competition for women and more femboy twinks
Post evidence of this please. I'm sick of seeing this shit posted on this site, and the only evidence people have is some goofy shit about catfish. Black person.
https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC4270274/
>given to menopausal women to address symptoms
I'm 5 sentences in and it's clear you didn't even read this fricking study. Dumb NPC Black person homosexual.
You sound a little emotional, and illogical
Not even that anon, but do you understand how studies work?
Yes. And all of them (minus the one funded by the onions industry) show that onions phytoestrogens are bioactive
found the infertile feminized anons
did you start buying cute skirts yet?
I accept your concession
Are your b***h breasts sore? Is that distracting you from reading and comprehending the study, you massive moron?
EVERYONE LOOK AT THIS moron WITH NO EDUCATION WHO DOESN'T UNDERSTAND WHAT HE IS READING
LOL, LMAO EVEN
>Admitting he didn't read it
>Projects not reading it onto others
>Uncontrollably seethes with anger
What did he mean by this bros
Moar
https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/34801523/
https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/22210487/
Stop linking abstracts you moronic Black person, link full papers instead.
The first paper only talks about that there COULD be a risk feeding INFANTS onions formula. It's really not the same as consuming onions as an adult.
Your second link
>We have attempted to summarize the current state of the scientific literature regarding the potential detrimental effects of onions consumption on the reproductive health of both humans and animals. Overall, there is a paucity of large-scale comprehensive clinical studies examining the potentially adverse effects of onions consumption in human reproductive health. Available studies have found either no impact or revealed only minor detrimental effects.
>Available studies have found either no impact or revealed only minor detrimental effects.
>found either no impact or revealed only minor detrimental effects.
You obviously can't read papers and only link thinking they align with your idea, you are a moron and if this is how you get your information have fun with heart disease or other complications in your 40s and no I'm not gonna explain because I want you to get it fricktard
Nice cherrypicking homosexual. You found the part that agrees with you and ignored the rest.
>You found the part that agrees with you and ignored the rest
Ultimate projection right here, holy shit.
Cherry picking? It's the CONCLUSION from your own paper you fricking midwit. You know what that means right? Right??? No you don't because you're a fricking moron who can't actually read a scientific paper because you haven't been educated
Such irony. You missed that they're only assessing reproductive health and found that söy doesn't make you sterile. It most certainly alters your hormones and behavior though.
moronic broscience
Uncle smegma is not vegan.
Add onions broccoli and leafy greens where applicable. Fermented veggies and 'booch is great too. I was prioritizing high protein bases for these meals.
Tofu is as disgusting as you make it.
Tofu is literally ultra-processed bean slop. It looks amd tastes disgusting. It can only be appealing if drenched in sauce or spices to mask its inherent putridness.
>curdled onions milk
>tastes like nothing
>is a white block
Do you gays ever know what you're talking about?
>Tofu is as disgusting as you make it.
you have no taste buds
tofu is disgusting
anyone on earth who says "its tasteless" "it takes on the flavor of the other stuff you mix with it" is a fricking liar.
all tofu has an extremely distinct taste
doesnt matter what you mix it with or marinate it in or what sauce you cover it with
it still tastes like tofu.
> Add onions broccoli and leafy greens where applicable. Fermented veggies and 'booch is great too.
None of which gives you any bioavailable vitamin A or D. Congrats.
>I was prioritizing high protein bases for these meals.
Quality vegan protein sources do not exist. There isn't a single vegan who would not see direct, immediate improvements replacing their "protein sources" with meat.
Post your meal log for this past week RIGHT NOW
There's no point in listing my whole day of eating because me adding just one egg already puts me ahead of your whole days worth of food in terms of quality nutrition. By the end of the day, it's not even a fair comparison. It's like comparing a nice restaurant to eating rocks.
No evidence but my personal anecdote- I am "allergic" to dairy. It gives me a rash. What I am actually reacting to is the fact that dairy (from a lactating cow) raises my estrogen levels past a certain threshold and makes me have cystic acne on my neck and chin (hormone-related acne). I can still eat dairy, and do, but I just have to be aware of how much I've eaten and not overdue it and take breaks from it to let my skin calm down.
I was vegetarian for a few years, and although i was avoiding dairy i noticed i was still getting my rash. I ate a lot of tofu and fake meat (boca burgers, etc) and they were giving me the exact same reaction as dairy.... the body reacts to onions the same way it does estrogen.
>vegan cheese
Smegma of your uncle dont count as cheese buddy
You know how people always dunk on vegan studies saying it improves Health outcomes say things like "there are confounding factors because vegans practice healthy lifestyle habits? All yeah, this is an example. Vegan provides legitimate helpful information and all the meat eaters respond with negativity. This is why you live fewer years. The inner anger stresses your body
>responds to a bunch of lighthearted posts by shoving a stick up his ass
weird projection but ok
>Just further proving the point
thank you for doing that, but I was already quite convinced
It's a horrible day of nutrition though. Objectively, nothing would be made worse by including animal products in the day, and the benefits and increase in overall quality nutrition would be immense. The vegan diet really is just inherently inferior in terms of quality nutrition. Evidently, their standards for what constitutes a good nutritious day of eating is much lower than a meat eater.
>It's a horrible day of nutrition though. Objectively, nothing would be made worse by including animal products in the day
Pick one of these statements.
The overall nutrition of the day would be improved by including animal products. Nothing could be made worse.
Who cares? Your life could be made better by not being on IST, and yet here you are.
That's one shitty day of nutrition.
Don't be vegan. It'll turn you gay.
Tofu is disgusting
Even with the shake he doesn't break 100g protein
I didn't list any portion sizes. A block of tofu and 4oz of black bean spaghetti is easily 100g alone.
Do you eat a whole box of spaghetti and call it a meal?
4oz is half the box, and if you read my post you'd see that I included mushrooms sauce and vegan cheese.
>vegan cheese
Ever notice how vegetarians and vegans constantly crave real food, to the point where they will make lab created bullshit in an attempt to trick themselves into feeling like they are eating real food?
First of all, I'm not a vegan. See my first post ITT. Second, while I enjoy vegan cheese a lot, I typically do not purchase it because the macros suck and its expensive. (I use parmesan to top of my black bean spaghetti). Last and most importantly: I don't see how this is a "gotcha." Most people go vegan for moral/ethical reasons, of course they still crave meat and cheese.
I'm not concerned with the environment or any ethical concerns vegans have, but vegan cheese tastes great.
>moral, ethical reasons
Top kek. Animals are food. I'll eat extra meat (real food) in your honor
>reading comprehension
I don't care moron. I'm going to meal prep beef this week too.
Vegan cheese kek, i bet your wife's boyfriend appreciates that you are environmentally aware
>All that processed slop
You KNOW the curry and potatoes are coming out of a package or can even
The only thing that's processed is the vegan cheese, but even then you can make it yourself with raw ingredients.
>enjoy
>Tofu scramble
yeh whatever you say champ
Certified ypipo post. Season your food.
Sounds like you were served tofu that wasn't drained. Tofu has a flavor but it's not strong and it's very easily covered with even the lightest amount of salt and oil.
i was vegetarian for 15 years you worthless b***h ass homie
have a nice day
i have eaten more tofu from more restaurants than you
i have cooked more tofu than you have
i have bought more tofu than you have
you are wrong
i am right
tofu is fricking gross
cope
seethe
dilate
I was vegan for 16 years so you're actually wrong and I'm right.
>gets btfo
>YEH YEH WELL INFINITIY +1 SO I WIN
thanks for playing kid
You having toddler-tier tastebuds doesn't BTFO anyone.
oreos
>breakfast
Almond milk (unsweetened), 1 glass cranberry juice, 25g refined sugar
>lunch
Bag of crisps
Vegan chocolate bar
Diet coke
>dinner
Two beers, some hash browns samosas and fries (all done in the air fryer)
Douse with vegan chicken salt
>desert
Cane sugar to meet calories. You will now convert.
meet is absolutely necessary for good health
Everytime I eat something vegetarian or vegan I always feel like there's something missing from the dish and can't help but think how much better it would have been with some meat.
if you eat food for taste, then keep eating dairy and meat. if you want to healthmaxx then do plantbased, non processed whole food plants
>healthmaxx with nutritionless goyslop
Notice the pro onions homosexual in this thread provides no evidence, while the evidence that onions phytoestrogens are bioactive are commonplace
https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/18396257/#:~:text=The%20possible%20adverse%20effects%20of,endometrium%20and%20a%20growing%20leiomyoma.
You have provided evidence they don't cause problems
>found either no impact or revealed only minor detrimental effects.
You have also provided evidence that you don't understand research papers, you just keep linking papers with titles you think align with your view even when they factually don't which just shows how utterly moronic you are.
Like these images
>in animals
>ONE case report
but then you ignore the conclusion of your own paper and say I'm cherry picking? image being this much of an absolute MORON, how fricking low can your IQ be? under 70?
Kek
OP here. Thanks for the suggestions. I'll give them a try (except the 1 bowl of curry powder a day lmao).
I'm the kind of guy who feels like a c**t for killing bugs, so I mean it when I'm open-minded.
Notice the tons of studies showing bad effects. None show safety
The only thing I notice is how you can't read research paper so nothing of what you say is of value
Cope
Huh?

There's no point, he's moronic and can't read
So, at best its debatably unhealthy. Endocrine disruption is proven. Ill stick to real food
Phystoestrogen sisters... oh no!
https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC4524299/
Irrelevant whataboutism. Article isnt discussing phytoesteogens
>you had potential as a kid but you blew it and now you're moronic
KEK, anon got totally obliterated
Samegay
Loser
Oooh you edited in console.
Hey everybody this anon knows how to use a browser but cannot provide any evidence of phytoestrogen safety in humans
We are animals moron. And you ignored the ones showing the same in humans
i didnt, they all said either excessive or potential, eat excessive sugar and see how your body feels. its not weird to get side effects when consuming anything in excess, even water will kill you in excess. most people who eat onions don't eat it daily so no excess for them
Overall, the results support that nutrition-relevant concentrations of PEs both alone and in mixtures possess various endocrine disrupting effects, all of which need to be considered when assessing the effects on human health.
https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/20043267/
Not potential. Not excessive.
Link the full article, not the abstract.
I know that you don't know this but the abstract doesn't tell the result or the conclusion, only what the study is about which is meaningless. An abstract about life in space and it's potentials doesn't mean that there is any result or conclusion that there is life in space. We all know you're moronic but please try to up your game. Link full papers or none.
An abstract is a summary, which is useful for brainlets such as yourself who dismiss hordes of scientific evidence without one shred of evidence themselves.
Several studies have been linked showing phytoestrogens as endocrine disruptors in humans. You have provided 0 evidence of their safety, only whining, name calling, and general childish responses.
A rational person would avoid so called "food" with such an uncertain (at best) safety profile.
The more you dig through pubmed, the more evidence you find that phytoestrogens are not good for you unless you are in menopause
This abstract says that too much phytoesyrogens are bad for you. Too much of anything is bad for you.
Not excessive
Frick you're moronic.
See? Still not a shred of evidence. Just an emotional outburst. Lay off the endocrine disruptors and maybe your emotional dysregulation and cognition will improve
Do you not understand how this statement is moronic?
>not one shred of evidence that phytoestrogens don't disrupt your endocrine system.
> that phytoestrogens don't disrupt your endocrine system.
>don't
>evidence
You're a third world moronic.
Oh no, i accidentally used the wrong verbiage.
"no evidence of its safety" or "nothing that disputes the evidence of its danger to the endocrine system"
Happy now, moron?
Happy now, homosexual?
damn this thread is a pretty strong argument against veganism
It's nearly 2024 and you're still following 2010s meme diets?
Why are zoomers so obsessed with söy? lol, anytime someone says it's unhealthy they come out of the woodwork crying and screaming hysterically.
Yeah it's a shit tier food, so fricking what. Grow up and eat a steak.
Breakfast: coffee. Or oatmeal with some coconut oil, and fruit or maple syrup or whatever
Lunch: rice, beans, corn, sweet potato, cilantro, salsa, seitan chunks,,nutritional yeast, avocado, some fibrous vegetable, cholula
Dinner: pasta with lentil Bolognese sauce, cashew cream or pesto optional.
Snacks: coconut yogurt, pretzels and hummus, nuts, idk
This is what I have with my wife on a normal day but we eat local backyard eggs and some fish like deens or mackarel a few days a week. I'll have 1-3 protein shakes or mixed in my oatmeal or yogurt.
If you're not afraid of onions then you have a lot more options with various levels of processing, but if you're just loving king for a day that would work.
35g pro in the food 30 in the shake
Insufficient protein to get yuge
Literally just the same foods you ate before but replace the animal products with vegan versions and meat with seitan and tofu. Don't see whats so hard about it.
Seitan is wheat, right? I have celiac disease, so I can't eat that without getting very sick.
seitan is PURE gluten lol
That sounds like slop
Yes, that is how you make a diet objectively worse, correct.
Enjoy malnutrition and farting
do what you want. youre going to die regardless
unless you want to do it for ethical reasons its a waste of time because you will quit, but just search on youtube for recipes.
That would be great if you had
Top bun
Onion, tomato, pickle, mustard
Burger
Cheese
That thing
Burger
Bacon
Cheese
Bottom bun
You know, vegan + meat and dairy
>breakfast
coffee
>lunch
coffee
rice and beans
guacamole
tortilla chips
>dinner
bowl of roast veggies
coffee
I miss Gabby, my family's pet parrot. RIP beautiful birdie
Between meals, I'm a vegan who owns pets, wears animal products, and refuses to eat non-animal products. Intermittent veganism is healthy
Those things mean you're not vegan, just a vegetarian.
Breakfast: oatmeal with blueberries cherries blackberries raspberries flaxseed chia seeds walnut banana raisins.
Lunch: rice and beans with salsa with some chopped leafy greens, maybe some fruit.
Dinner: potato soup with carrots peas corn celery in a cashew broth. Whole grain bread to dip in it. Maybe a little hot sauce.
that shit looks like an AI generated printable pseudo patty
>breakfast
fruit salad
>lunch
>after workout
shake with pea protein, banana, onions milk, coconut water
>dinner
beer
>convert
good of you to understand it's a religion
Ketoschizo is awake, post things that trigger her
b***h ass Black person, what makes you think i have to convince you of anything, who even are you fricking random ass Black person on this dogshit website thinking you're worthy of anybodies time
Please don't! I thought veganism is shit and give it a try for one year. Now I now hat it is MASSIVE BULLSHITTERY! Don't waste your time on it.
>it is expensive
>you are hungry, yet you are eating 24/7
>even the tastiest vegan dish cannot reach anything including meat
Major upside tho:
>you have the perfect shit, but 3 times a day
>IST suddenly cares about minmaxing micronutrients any time veganism is mentioned
>otherwise shills carnivore and keto Dietz
Lollerz
>overconsuming onions daily,
Now go ahead and tell us how much that is :^) and how much a typical vegan consumes.
