IQ is genetic. That's why on average there is a stark difference in IQ between races.
So what this means is stupid people are more likely to be fat. When you see a fat person, on average they will have lower IQ.
I think the tweet retweeted from BAP was trying to say that fat somehow "weighs down the brain" rather than being stupid leads to bad lifestyle choices which was the reason for my confusion.

I got fat before puberty. I know this means I'm going to struggle forever to reach and then maintain a healthy weight because I am covered in excess fat cells that are always hungry and ready to get fat again.
