    I only eat fruit that's in season in my area and locally grown. Limits what I can have like crazy, but it tastes better. It's the shit they have to do to them to transport them to the other side of the planet year round that kills you.

    fructose is bad when large amounts and some people are extremely very sensitive to it when it comes to insulin resistance

    that's why fruit juices and sugar sodas cause type 2 diabetes almost within a one day for most people if they consume enough. fructose raises triglycerides Massively and ldl often too

    glucose then however is not metabolzied in liver and is not a problem at all.

      Id recommend trying some exotic fruits for variety. Durian and rambutan are great if you can find them. Durian in particular is probably my favorite fruit ever. It tastes like vanilla custard. Some people get turned off by the eggy / slightly sulfury smell but don't let that stop you from trying it. I'd eat that shit every day if I could afford it.

        It's hayfever. There's a protein in certain fruits close enough to the allergen in pollen to trigger it. So my lips will swell and my gums will itch. It's not a dangerous allergy just uncomfortable.

    I love eating fruit before a workout. To me it‘s the best pre-workout meal. I always notice I have insane levels of energy after eating fruit. Moreso than with anything else.

      If you ever go to the third world and don't want to die from diarrhea, stick to fruit my friends. They're delicious too. The greatest fruit I ever had was mangoes in Senegal. Absolutely insane. IST has fruit threads every now and then because fruit is so amazing around the world and can't be compared to what you get at home
