500g of tiramisu = 1300 calories
Decent burger = 1000 calories
Large fries = 450 calories
Ketchup = 60 calories
Cappuccino = 75 calories
And that was just lunch.
>500g of tiramissu
I wouldn't be able to move for three hours after that
thats crazy how are you going to eat HALF A KILOGRAM of Tiramisu after eating a burger worth 1k calories. Thats fricking insane. Maybe this whole fitness thing is not for me
>half-kilo of tiramisu
>1,000 kcal burger
>lunch
“Fitness”
>1.3k calories of sugar and fat
Dont do this.
Im literally a skeleton, if I was able to, I would eat exactly like this I dont have to give a shit about sugar or fat
ok moron have fun getting fat
TRY EATING PROTEIN
Would I get fat even if Iifted heavy ass weights? Serious question
Yea plenty of fat obese dudes at my gym who lift fricking heavy and have sleep apnea.
Problem isn't even the weight gain, that much sugar will make you feel like shit and leave your brain addicted and craving for more. Don't do that shit to yourself.
>500g of tiramisu
You eat half a kilo of tiramisu per day????
You meal prep a lot of your meals and you choose foods that are easy to eat
Meal prep how far in advance? Im not good at planning but maybe I should try this
I meal prep for the whole work week and then on weekends I'll go out to eat or I'll cook my meals when I want them
That's the neat part, you either meal prep, or start eating 90%+ ground beef/turkey/chicken, I don't have a fridge at home cause poorgay and off grid so I don't do the freezer meal prep, but you can start meal prepping freezer meals.
wdym off grid how are you on IST
what the frick is crohns. also miring those eat gains
sounds funny as frick
Crohns is an autoimmune disease. I have trouble eating enough to gain, and have to avoid the wrong things or eating TOO much and getting sick
I still get a cell phone signal.
Stfu I have crohns and do it daily homosexual
you only need like 20% of daily calories from protein get 0.7 grams the rest can come from tiramisu if you really want it to. better than eating at maintenance or deficit
>hours
just bake one of these every couple days and pick at it like a fricking hyena.
Op did you forget about the concept of meal prepping?
God I hate morons
could you two share with me what you prepped for this week please? so i can have inspiration. and cute cat.
how do you cgarge your phone? why are you offgrid even?
this doesnt cause cancer right?
Yea... i mean i have some money but I H A T E waking up early
Cheap af, live in the woods on my friends 400+ acre property, I have power banks or just turn my generator on. It's paradise here in my opinion.
Stews moron. Invest in a pressure cooker, even the electronic instant pot ones are under 80 these days for a 6qt, but the manual ones are better if you need to make big batches. It's literally just rough onion/celery/carrot/potato/mushrooms chopped, sear for 5 mins a big hunk of meat (chuck/pork shoulder/chicken thigh works best), add liquids and herbs and pressure cook for 30 mins, then return the veggies and cook another 20m. It should last 3 days in the fridge so you only need to do this 1h process twice a week, and it tastes better over time before it starts tasting funky. The only thing you need to do before eating is heat up your carbs. It saves on amount of dishes you need to wash and it saves on time. A 3lb chuck roast is like 4000 calories, as is a whole 5lb bag of chicken thigh. There's all kinds of stews you can make too, coq au vin, kare raisu, goulash... Not that hard anon.
>return the veggies and cook another 20m
What does that mean? Aren't the veggies cooking along with the meat?
You can do that. It just causes the veggies to lose most of their texture. In more detail, I do the meat first take the meat out, lower the heat and put the veggies in, saute a bit. Then I do liquids or a roux to thicken, depends on how much calories you can spare. Return the meat and stew half an hour under pressure. You can leave like a whole onion/carrot in there as it will melt into the stock and provide sweetness, but the veggies I want to have texture still I reserve and add near the end.
I made a pork tenderloin roast with potatoes and carrots with a tablespoon of herb butter on top of each portion so it melts into the meal when reheated. I also made some steak fajitas and had corn bread on the side with that. That covered 10 meals each (I eat 5 meals a day, so 2 lunch type meals) and I'll cook breakfast and dinner like normal. My night time meal is usually something simple that doesn't need cooking like cottage cheese with fruit, protein pudding, or jerky with cheese and apples.
I seriously think you can't get IST unless you are rich
Eating meat 3 times a day? I can't afford that shit
chicken breast is 2.67 a lb, where I live, anyways.

Drink a liter of milk
Meal prep
Nuff said
i still live with my mum and she cooks me something everyday
Get your daily amounts of protein through whatever means like cottage cheese, quark, eggs, protein powder and meat.
Cook a lot of cream based stews with meat and seasonal rootfruits, maybe some beans meat and rice to switch ot up. Its cheap, easy and nutritional unless you're mentally challenged.
You can literally eat 2400 calories worth of Doritos in like an hour of watching tv and feel lile you've eaten nothing.
I don't think OP is trying to get fat. To build muscle you need to be in a caloric surplus, but eat too much and you will get fat.
3k isn’t even a lot. You could hit that with 2 meals easy.
>Are fit people ubermenschen?
Yes. Next question
this homie literally doesn't know how to eat food lmao
meal prep. focus on calorically dense foods/ingredients if you don't have a large appetite (eg. olive oil)
The keys are:
-meal prep (1hour prep can yield 7 x 1000cal meals once you have practised a bit)
-mass gainer shakes / liquid calories ( whole milk, peanut butter, honey, banana)
-higher cal versions of normal foods (chicken thighs instead of breasts, liberal use of butter, olive oil etc)
You have to be a bit strategic but it is doable. If you are free styling each day then yeah it is an effort but if you plan ahead then it isn’t too hard
>1.6 lbs ground beef
>20 eggs
>30 minutes to cook
>into a big ass serving pan
>eat that over generally half the day
>still want more
just eat man, it's so fricking easy to be fat
