Ok I actually believe you guys. I'll not jerk off for a month and see. But please at least like give me an idea of why it would work? Something that would at least help me believe in the idea?

Hormonal imbalance is what I've been told.
You're discharging large amounts of testosterone or something and your body is trying to compensate and fricking up other things.

Had this shit for 34 years.

Tried everything, went to doctors, got multiple creams, they only reduced it or made it go away for a bit, then it was worse.

I started finishing my showers with cold water, just for the hell of it.

    This got better.

    Huh?

Started showering for the last 2 minutes under cold water, making sure I rinse the affected parts a lot.

It reduced like 90% of its effects, no creams, no nothing. Barely noticeable now.

So yeah, I found the cure (at least for me) by complete accident.

    Give it a try.

      Anonymous

same. There's a psychological benefit to it as well I'll come out of the shower mentally refreshed not tired as I often do when coming out of only hot water showers. I'm not hyper or anything I'm just a lot more "there".

Plus most hot water heaters are absolute garbage cans full of bacteria and whatever else, I also rinse off my dishes with cold water.

I don't have this seborrhoeic type but have eczema/dermatitis since i was born, genetic.
      Things that help:
      >staying at beach locations and ocean water
The air near the ocean is different and i guess the composition of ocean water is beneficial. Within a week of beach vacations my skin would restore completely
      >cold showers or longer periods of no showering
Hot or warm showers degrade the natural oils of the skin and let irritants in
      >peace
in my case stress impacts my skin negatively
      >diet
some foods will cause flare ups.
      >shower water quality
some countries have harder water than others. Hard water absolutely destroys my skin.

Also check your palms, excess linearity is correlated to genetic causes for dermatitis

    Listen to me...
When the body has a problem with it, it pushes whatever that problem is to the extremities. Tumors, tingly feelings, skin issues, etc.

This could be many diff things but they all have to do with the health of your blood. I would do the following two things:

    1) Support your immune system. Take 7-9 grams of Acerola powder (highest concentrated vitamin C fruit on the planet). Eat mostly meat. No stress. No carbs. Eat as many things raw as possible.
    2) Believe it or not, parasites. 80% of people have them and most will never know. A lot of tests won't even reveal them. But they're responsible for SO many bodily issues. You give your dog dewormer, but humans rarely ever. MS is brain parasites. Ebola, parasites. Cancer, a lot of the time it's parasites. Your body is having a reaction you need to fix. If you get vaccines or this bullshit Covid shot, you're kinda screwed. Otherwise, get dewormer. But it's not a 3 day thing. It's a several month thing, on and off. Bec getting rid of some won't prevent the others from being born. You gotta carpet bomb these parasites non stop. If you feel worse after the medication then that's good news. That means it was that bad. Should subside over time with continued use.

I've tried the anti dandruff stuff, doesn't work.

be 110% on top of your hygiene
change bedsheets and pillowcase every other day
change t-shirts/undershirt mid-day if necessary and maybe scrub problem spots with a baby wipe (not the face though)
    use ketoconazole spray and shampoo
short-term use of corticoid cream (VERY sparingly) if it's terribad to the point you're ashamed of leaving the basement
    going low-carb might help
avoiding irritants like tobacco helps. I used to dip and use snus and that shit wrecked my face. and forget about cocaine and stuff, that shit is cut with cattle dewormer and it will literally eat your face away

also cold showers help in my case, or rather hot showers tend to make it worse (my water system is overchlorinated)

good luck anon. believe me, it gets better

I've suffered from this for many years, and the ONLY fix I've found has been diet/gut related. The shampoos didn't work for me, personally.

Nightshades, wheat and other junk make my red spots much worse. I've get some wicked red/flaky areas whenever I go hard on pizza, pasta, hot sauces, etc. In the past week, I haven't even looked at a tomato or potato, haven't had a crumb of bread, and sudden'y it's all on the wane. There's still some redness, but the flaking has almost stopped. I predict that in another week the redness will be almost completely gone. I could be off the mark, but if the other treatments recommended ITT don't work for you, consider looking at your diet. Might be a trigger in there somewhere.

Also, don't use super harsh soaps or products on the affected areas. I give my face a scrub with a wet washcloth in the shower, but don't use soap. My theory, based on a lot of reading over the years, is that this is a form of yeast that gains a foothold when your skin barrier breaks down. Overuse of harsh soaps and whatnot can speed the breakdown of the skin barrier, so be careful.

I would try to be patient and apply various of the treatments recommended here. See which ones work for you and which ones don't. Then, you might be able to zero in on the actual root of your problem and eliminate it.

Cheers, anon. Don't lose heart. I know this stuff sucks, believe me.

This shit is literally suicide fuel. My scalp is constantly being raped by this shit.

    Have tried:
    -ketoconazole 2%
    -zinc pyrithone
    -tea tree oil
    -H&Ss
    -salicylic acid
    -coal tar
    -dead sea salt
    -apple cider vinegar
    -xylitol rinse
    -selenium sulfide

Dermatologist just told me to take oral antifungals (itraconazole) and Finasteride (made me more depressed and gave me gyno)

Have done an elimination diet down to eating meat, certain fruits/veges, and potatoes/rice.

Supplemented with Zinc, vit D, pro biotics.

It never goes away completely. Only advice I've received that I haven't been able to try is "reduce stress" which is impossible as I run a business.

Starting to legitimately believe I have been cursed and need to turn to God for a cure.

Just ignore it. I have it on my scalp, I only use a Ducray anti-dandruff shampoo to stop dandruff, I still have some "wounds" on my scalp but they're fine as long as I don't touch them.

I do have seborrheic dermatitis, I've been diagnosed and I've had it spread to the sides of my nose in the past and moisturizing 2-3 times a day was enough to get completely rid of any symptoms on the face. When it comes to the scalp, using anti-dandruff shampoo is pretty much all I do since there's no actual way to get rid of the scales on the scalp, and they don't bother me as long as I don't touch them.

I wish this shit wasnt RX only. I have ti cope with just using retinol serum instead

        Anonymous

You should try high dose oral vitamin A (in the normal retinyl palmitate form, which gets converted to retinol).
The big secret of tretinoin (all-trans-retinoic acid) is that it's actually a specific retinol metabolite. So the only difference is retinol has a wider range of effects, thus is less narrowly powerful, but has very good health benefits even if it doesn't magically fix everything.

Ketoconazole shampoo, diluted apple cider vinegar and MCT oil suppress the symptoms to it being a non-issue for me. It's not an actual cure though.

      Anonymous

      >MCT oil
      was hoping someone mentioned this.
Same, try it OP. Reducing inflammation is required (watch caffeine and other stims). I use MCT oil in the shower before i get out, face head and upper body. Took a couple weeks to work but it's the only thing that gave me real long-term results. Nizoral helps with active flair-ups but if you use MCT oil that won't happen much if you're anything like me.

Idk what helped me but I had this shit and it's gone. I do a lot of weird shit though.

I dry skin brush before showers, i'll put a cream on my self while my skin is still damp called bee magic which really helped soothe my skin.

I eat whole food. Mostly grass fed hamburger meat bowl i dress up like a cheeseburger with no bread lol. Eat the whole array of B vitamins and i make it a point to do this since I got my dad to eat a diet that specifically was just him eating brown rice, spinach, a legume and whatever we steamed for the day which may be potatos, brocolli, carrots whatever. it clinically, CLINICALLY cured type 2 diabetes in 2 months, his blood sugar is better than mine and he was on insulin. I guess the reasoning is that it helps your body make functional insulin so insulin resistance is gone after that. Makes me feel like most of our issues is just nutritional deficiencies, just eat whole food homie!

Uh another weird thing I literally drink silver every day from therasilver, it acts as an independent immunity in your body once you built up enough of it, probably why i no longer get sick. Usually if I think im about to get sick ill be taking a gulp of that shit and gargling with it, may even put it in a cool mist humidifier lmfao. Trust me bros it stops you from getting sick im a BELIEVER it took my 2 eye infections, 2 ear infections, my throat infection OUT when i was frickin dying

10% sulphur soap and Pimafucort cream. That’s what the cream’s called here in Poland, not sure what it or it’s equivalent would be called in your country. Really good stuff for this, my dermatologist put me on these. Hope it helps, I know the misery of the condition too unfortunately.
