ah. yeah i mean if you're actually watching calories it's fine, but if you are just eating spoons of peanut butter and not keeping track of it you can get fat pretty quickly. it's not inherently bad, just easy to overdo
PB2 sucks.
It doesn't work in my protein shake is my problem. Peanut butter helps keep it thick, but PB2 just makes it too fluffy

poorgay here i eat 2-3 tablespoons of peanutbutter a day to get by. shit can go with anything hot when you water it down into a sauce. i add it to oatmeal, scrambled eggs, and beans and rice. i also use it as a dip for carrots and broccoli. i go through 1kg of it in a week sometimes
