DO NOT under any circumstances mix ephedrine and yohimbine. The heart attack risk is extremely serious. If you really insist on using both, give the ephedrine time to clear your system before taking the yohimbine, like 6-8 hours at least
Personally I love EC stack (cardio is a breeze) and hate yohimbine (heart feels like it's pounding out of my chest)
ah, I never liked how yohimbine felt before either, and ephedrine does feel great. feels like a good work focus drug too, just overall great

Yohimbine sides disappear fast. They really suck the first few times but after that they go away. I used to take 20-25mg with 25 ephedrine and 200mg caff 1-2 times a day and had no problem

Don't listen to this I do this all the time and have no problems. I was also fed stims from ages 8-14 so maybe I have a high tolerance but I have no problem combining the 2 then going on a nice hour long bike ride

Hearing about this stuff always makes me angry because, if you’re a person with congestion problems, ephedrine is a pretty amazing drug to have access to. (Not to say anything of its use as a PED.) The fact that a few fatties hear it’s a weight loss drug, and subsequently go into cardiac arrest from overdose, shouldn’t be enough cause for it to be made illegal. As for the meth heads, I was under the impression that’s why we have the quantity control regulations in effect. It’s really a shame ephedrine is illegal in so many countries. Governments expect all their worker classes to just hack it on on coffee and ibuprofen day in and day out.

For real I go into the grocery store and buy syringes often if you sound like you know with confidence they'll just give you whatever. Yeah no one really gives a shit why you’re buying it as long as you don’t buy too many in a short period of time because it’s used to make meth. I don’t have asthma, but I do have a history of congestion issues, and have told my doctors about my ephedrine use (they also didn’t care; many haven’t heard of it).
Meanwhile in Canada, they just give ephedrine away.
I should have clarified: in the US you don’t need a doctor’s note or prescription to get ephedrine. You just go to a convenience store with a pharmacy and show your ID. (My mention of doctors was just to illustrate that no one raises their eyebrows at use of ephedrine.)
I should clarify as well. In Canada, we can buy 1000s of 8mg pills (the dose/pill limit) of ephedrine at once and no one bats an eye.
Legitimately one of the best decongestants ive ever found. Plus the stim from mixing with coffee is nice, nowhere near enough to get jittery but enough to feel alert

The 8mg pills are cheapest with the 1800 pill option. There used to be a 3000 pill option but I guess someone thought that was unreasonable.

If you’re in AZ, maybe try going to your doctor and explaining that while you don’t have asthma, you previously found ephedrine to be very helpful with you congestion issues and you want it for occasional use. Doctors regularly tell people with potential allergies and congestion to use Sudafed, which is almost ephedrine.

I like adding alpha-yohimbine (rauwolscine) whenever I do fasted cardio, but I always cut the ephedrine dose in half when I do. From what I've read the alpha-yohimbine doesn't come with as much of the anxious/cracked out feeling that yohimbine gives. My HR definitely gets pretty high, but my annual EKG has never shown any problems so I'm not too worried about it. I wouldn't do it if I had any concern about arrhythmias or other heart issues though.

You're supposed to edge up to the max dosage over the course of like a week or two.
Max dosage is .2 x bw in kg.
Work up to that over a couple weeks.
I started getting side effects much lower than the recommended dose for my body weight. morons like to go overboard with any supplements that are associated with weight loss though.

Did you taper up? Also, ensure that you're taking regular yhcl, as some supps call themselves yhcl, but are actually just straight yohimbe bark, which doesn't need to explicitly state how much yhcl it has in it
