>hairy arms
dropped
hairy arms, crooked teeth. its hawt
idk wht but i LOVE women with moderately crooked teeth
i dont trust hoez with straight teeth
this. and girls with big noses. the imperfections in the vanity driven world today just turn me on more because they know they are still beautiful.
give me a confident (actual confidence, not tikthot fatty confidence) 6/10 to marry any day over some self obsessed 8 or 9
>hairy arms
Picked up. She's got a higher T so will want to frick all the time
yeah i’m sure her previous 73 partners also enjoyed her high libido
That is a reach just from looking at the arm hair, but not such a reach on the OP girl cause she does look prostituteish. Anyways, I hope you deal with your insecurities anon.
high t women are bawds, anon. that is the point i was making. you even admitted it yourself, high t = high libido. you think any high t woman over a 6 isnt going to be fricking a different chad every weekend? not insecurity, just factual statements
Gay ass homosexual.
you like hairy women. you’re marginally gayer than me
I want a hairy ass woman with hair on her arms, legs, belly, pussy and ass
I want a huge bush
I don't even care, it's hot when they are monkey level hairy
You on the other hand don't which means that you are very obviously attracted to children
Hence you should receive mandatory GPS tracking
I'm on CPAP. I literally don't remember the last time I had good sleep.
Has the lack of good sleep noticeably messed up your gains?
Before I started using the CPAP, definitely. I was sore and tired all the time. Recovery to 2x as long. Now on CPAP even with shitty sleep, I recover betten than when I was choking for air 20 times a night
About two years ago I started getting terrible sleep problems and since then I’ve been experiencing rapid weight gain and hair loss and I just generally feel like shit all the time no matter what I do. So yeah it definitely fricks with your gains.
Same, but I know I need to lose weight.
homies will buy a ventilator instead of losing weight
>hairy arms
Love it. Hope her bush is big, too
me too
Are you setup properly, anon?
>bedroom a few degrees colder
>season appropriate duvet
>cycadian rhythm adjusted
>light dinner and no drinking
>Air flow keeps co2 from building up near your face, get a fan.
>No drugs, no alcohol.
>Your body temp has to drop several degrees before you can sleep, period, so if you are like me and need blankets to sleep, I recommend a weighted blanket.
>Don't sleep on your back. If you find that you roll onto your back in the night, start sleeping on your chest. Picrel
How do I prevent overthinking about my life when I am trying to fall asleep though?
Meditate or journal beforehand. Get it out of your system basically. Make it a habit.
Picture a chalkboard and listen to your breath.
Whenever a thought crosses your mind, add it to the mental image of your chalkboard, just a single word is fine.
Every few breaths, erase your chalkboard.
Alternatively, imagine a small flame. Every thought you have gets caught in the flame and disappears. Then after a f.. HOLY SHIT ANON THE HOUSE IS ON FIRE GET UP WAKE UP PLEASE WAKE UP THE HOUSE IS LITERALLY ON FIRE
I do visualization exercises. I visualize something I can hold in my hands and I imagine manipulating it in different ways. I used to play various sports, so I usually imagine either a baseball or basketball. I visualize rubbing my fingers across the stitches or raises bumps until I can actually feel them. This keeps my mind too busy for any intrusive thoughts and usually induces pretty good dreams.
^this. It helps me a lot. Sometimes I start to overthink what have recently happened. I just visualise my gym routine. I concentrate on form prior doing like squat and just count reps. Usually I drop out around 2nd exercise.
Literally stop thinking about anything. As soon as you catch yourself slipping, do it again
gotta just do your best in life and let the rest go my man. let what’s gonna happen happen
Ambien and/or alcohol
Keep your room cold, get a cozy blanket
Turn off your mind. If you can't do that, it's because you're not meditating enough. It's very simple. Your body wants to be on a schedule, it craves routine so it can operate on autopilot as often as possible. Set a time to go to bed and stick with it, eventually you'll start waking up without an alarm. There's tons of "sleep hygeine" shit you can read up on but from my own experience, it's just your mind running without your input. It's yours, learn to control it.
This. You need a routine to stick to.
I think the hardest part is day 1 when you're fixing your routine. Best bet is to just try not to sleep much the day before and do as much physically demanding things you can that day. Then while it's early like 7:30pm, take a melatonin, take a hot shower so your body cools itself all night, and lay in bed until you drift. Set an alarm for something very early like 5:30 or 6. The key to sleeping well is to wake up early and not be a degen
Exactly. I'm in bed at 8pm and my body wakes me up at 3:58am, like clockwork. Every single day. And yeah, it's good to start on a day where you're absolutely exhausted either from lack of sleep or exercise. I'd also add to put the phone/tv/computer away an hour before bed. If you need stimulation then read a physical book.
* No lights of any kind about 1 hour before bed and the whole night (including bathroom lights)
* No eating at night
* Don't eat anything 2 hours before bed
* Don't drink much water before bed
* Try various pillow heights. Your head might not be at the right elevation for your body when sleeping
* Use melatonin to shift the start of your sleep schedule, not as a perpetual sleep aid. Don't use more than 0.3 mg of melatonin
* just accept whatever is happening at night (sleep or no sleep) and be at peace with your existence in all its forms
I bet none of what I just said will work though lmao
>Don't drink much water before bed
How to deal with thirst? No health issues. Should I increase the water intake early so I don't get that thirsty later? Because I get too thirsty at night and then I have to wake up to pee and it's a vicious cycle
Nta, but I just keep a glass of water next to my bed. It's enough so I can take a sip if I do wake up, but not enough to make me have to pee before the morning if I finish it. Also helps if you can make sure that you always get some fresh air and don't let the room get too warm.
That's what I did: drink a ton of water in the morning to make sure I get enough water for the rest of the day
Also, what really helped me is not eating so much salt / sodium. From what I understand, if you eat too much salt, you retain more water, and then when your sodium levels drop you start peeing the water out. Since you're not eating at night, your kidneys are removing sodium from your blood and so you are constantly having to pee
Yeah, maybe drink more during the day. I stop drinking 90 minutes before bed. I piss right before I get in bed and have no issues with thirst
I'm scared of dying of dehydration in my sleep
Whenever I go to sleep late I get 10-12 hours of uninterrupted sleep but I don't know how healthy that is compared to getting 8 hours of uninterrupted sleep when going to sleep early and waking up early.
imagine a woman talking
I take melatonin every evening to sleep
it works, but my dreams are insane and borderline lucid
I've fricked several of my female friends in my dreams lately
>I've fricked several of my female friends in my dreams lately
I've fricked several of your female friends in my dreams lately too
Stop playing video games using your phone before bed
no trouble sleeping but I always wake up to pee, does that mess up with me gainz?
Me too. That’s the worst thing about old. Only 32 and I don’t drink anyth past 8pm. Still pissing
i live right next door to Black folk and they make so much noise i have to put on white noise just to fall asleep i hate Black folk so much
We just have to stop taking any little micronaps or laying in bed at all anon. Just force yourself to always be awake durring the 16 hours you want to be awake. Eventually our shiity worthless brains will be forced to submit to us and just fricking sleep at the right time. Stay strong, no bed til bedtime.
Help I need to stop taking naps but I'm in my comfy bed right now and there's still 4 house until gym then 6 hours after that before bed
I napped for an hour. I still feel pretty sleepy (but not delirious anymore) so maybe if I don't do it again I'll sleep tonight.
>How do you do it?
Frick everything , I nee to rest.....
simple as....
That headwear is a attraction multiplier, I tell you what.
More pretty girls need to start wearing headwear like that. sexy village girl vibes
My brother.
Ear plugs
Sleep mask
Five Tylenol PM
Better Sleep app
Cup of warm milk
>Waking up
To pee? Drink less water
Naturally? Stop caffiene after midday
Dreams? Stop dairy after 8pm
No real reason? Stop using your phone in bed/bed for reasons besides sleep and sex
Cold? Better blanket
Stress? Weighted blanket
Pillow is cheap? Get a beaded pillow
Otherwise do some cardio
A couple things
>avoid electronics for at least an hour before
>keep bedroom cool, don't use heavy blankets unless it's genuinely freezing outside
>silk pillowcase (comfy)
>block out all light in room. if not possible, get a sleep mask
>meditate for 10-15 mins before
>lay down in bed
>instantly fall asleep
>7-8 hours later
>wake up rested
Skill issue really. I have not brainwashed myself into being dependent on incredibly specific conditions either so I sleep well even if it's not perfectly dark, quiet, etc.
I used to have pretty crap sleep when i was a bit chubby (~20% bf) and only lifted weights. Since doing lots of cardio, eatings more veggies and getting lean, my sleep has been amazing. I go to bed, dont wake up once and feel super refreshed. Don't even get a mid day slump in energy if i get less than normal amount of sleep for whatever reason
