Careful with the sodium from the packets. You can buy Sriracha powder and various spices and make it good as frick with less salt. I've got a stash in my desk at work for hard times/late nights at work. Bagged ramen with an egg or two and fresh veg over stove top is a better option, but still not ideal.
ive been eating them before workouts and feel genuinely better. idk how to explain it but i basically eat a normal healthy meal and one of these just for all the added salt and empty carbs. somehow im just doing fricking better lifting
Egg, sliced veggies, and/or some sliced pieces of meat.
Have you tried it with some ground beef/pork/chicken? I have some ground beef in my fridge so I thought it could be nice to add it in as well as some shitake mushrooms, spring onions and some carrots.
Last time I had ramen noodles is around 14 years ago.
>take a pan >pour 350 ml of water in it >put it on fire >chop green onions and five garkic cloves >drop into a powl >add some Onions souce and a tea spoon af vinegar >add two teaspoon of red pepper, teaspoon of black pepper and a teaspon of ginger >water should be boiling at this point >drop 100 gram of noodles in it >add everything in from that sous bowl >wait for noodles to go soft and add an egg on top of it >close the lid and wait for abot five minutes for egg to cook
Here is your tip
What are some alternatives? I'd like to have some quick pasta with onions sauce and eggs sometimes, but even reading the list of ingredients alone of cup noodles just gives me cancer. I like pic related, but I wonder whether there's a faster/more convenient alternative.
My school used to sell them for lunch. I would fill it with tap water and microwave it inside the styrofoam container.
I hate how absolutely moronic i was.
There's no hope for me now.
Tasty. Quick and convenient. But probably not very good for you.
Processed garbage high in sodium and other preservatives that nobody should be eating. Basically.
>nooo you can't and will not eat the healthy carbohydrates!!

depends on the amount of sodium
Just make your own ramen, holy shit. It takes like 10 minutes and it's overwhelmenly superior in every way.

Probably because of the sodium add salt to your "healthy" meals.
I like them with lots of egg whites added, can squeeze like 20g protein in pretty easily

My corner ahop has these ramen noodles. Are these good/tasty?
How do you upgrade i to full meal with protein and shit. Give me your tips anon.
They are tasty. Cook some egg and throw it in there. Can also use chicken.

Noooooo you can't just eat sodium. The AMA recommends against it. Ahhhhhhhhhhhhhhh.....Nooooooooooooooo.

Unless they are instant noodles, you always have to cook them. Soba and rice noodles being the fastest to cook imho.
