There are only like 20 clinics in all of the US and EU that are top notch while there are thousands of comestic clinics that are only offering it because it’s a cash cow, but they suck at it. People opting for surgery without doing proper research is a recipe for getting JUSTed. You really do get what you pay for and that disaster probably cost 20-30% of what a top notch transplant costs
the good news is that it looks the transplant took healthily and you have no infectious complications, the hair seems to be growing healthy, no loss of implant to be seen.
The bad news is that the guy who designed the hair insertions at the hairline is clearly not a gifted artist or anatomic expert.
