    I like em but it's easy to turn a clean bulk into a dirty bulk real quick with these.

      What is a dirty bulk? It's just flour, eggs and milk. Sadly vegetable oil in the ones I've been buying. It's basically bread. In the past bread was the staple, look at the Bible. And lumberjacks etc ate a dish made of nothing but flour, pork and water. I eat 4,000 calories regardless of what I eat. I've also been eating 4 double cheeseburgers from McDonald's many days when I was out and about, some days I ate two burgers from another chain instead. It's good because you can see on their websites how many calories are in it. For about a month I only ate at home but then I started going out to try to get more daylight and then I have to eat out, and most places you don't know how many calories are in the food.

        agreed, i've never had protein pancakes that are nearly as good as normal pancakes, so I prefer to just have regular pancakes as an occasional treat. although the brand kodiak cakes makes a higher protein pancake mix that is pretty good, but we're still only talking maybe 8 or 10 grams of protein per serving, versus what you get if you add whey into the mix.
        I like blueberry pancake, also banana pancake. maybe strawberry banana pancake. maple syrup.
        waffles also good. french toast.

      70g oats blended fine 70g flour 2 egg 25g butter 20g sugar 310ml milk+extra salt cinnamon
      7x3g butter in pan each

    I don't like pancakes and I barely like waffles, which is a godsend because I have enough trouble not stuffing my face with other carbs as it is.

    Easiest and fastest protein pancakes you'll ever make, taste great if your protein powder tastes good and super easy to adjust the calories if you want to cut by reducing oats, using only half a banana and using have some of the eggs be just eggwhites

    on weekends i occasionally treat myself to some pancakes consisting of
    100g whole grain spelled flour
    2 whole eggs
    small amount of baking powder and cinnamon

    i mix some protein powder in quark or cottage cheese, mainly for taste, sometimes with some fruit.
    put the mix in the pancake, roll it up and devour it. so basic but so fricking good
